### "GQueues Took My Productivity to the Next Level"

March 8, 2023

5.0

I operate across multiple domains and GQueues lets me manage all the tasks I need to perform. The task management database in invaluable to my daily, weekly, monthly and annual schedules.

Pros

It completely enables me to never drop a task or miss a deadline.

Cons

The user interface keeping pace with Google.

Reason for choosing GQueues

Deep functionality.

### "Not Only Good For Future Planning but Great for Visual Accountability"

September 11, 2019

5.0

I have been using since very close to its beginning. Because it some sense it is fairly precise about tasks and completion the checkmarks bring a level of accountability that I can't get many to adopt who are independent to the firm. I like its simplicity.

Pros

1\. How it ties well with Google Calendar. 2. It provides check marks when you complete something. 3. Syncing from Windows or PC/Web to Android is very good.

Cons

My main complaint is in Android you cannot duplicate a task. So for example, if you know you are going to receive 3 calls in one day on the same project. In Windows, you can duplicate the task 2 times with ease. In Android, you have to remake each copy each time. From what I can tell attachments are not visible

### "The best to-do list"

September 8, 2019

5.0

The possibility of sharing the to-do list makes it possible to use as a collaboration tool. It is much more smooth and convenient than old behemoths like Jira.

Pros

That it lets me quickly create (using keyboard shortcuts) structured action lists for me and people I work with

Cons

It would be nice if subtasks were more easily seen in the mobile app

Alternatives considered

Better keyboard shortcuts

### "GQueues... simply the best task management app for truly busy people."

August 3, 2022

5.0

I have to say that GQueues is by far the best task management tool I’ve ever used. And I’ve tried them ALL over the last 2 years. The eye-watering depth of proper features, several available nowhere else, make it great for individuals or teams. Now that it integrates into Google Workspace as well, nothing can touch it, with a low price point that everyone can afford. The bottom line is GQueues makes my business easier and better.

Pros

The quick onboarding and the solid depth of features.

Cons

Having to reopen the tag menus ie no multiple choices.

### "Great Organizational Software"

February 7, 2023

5.0

It's keeping me organized and making sure I don't miss a bill payment or important task.

Pros

I like that integrates with my Google calendar and that you can get reminder notifications via email. That way they are front and center when you are going through your inbox.

Cons

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that completed tasks are archived instead of deleted. I'd like an option/setting for that.

I have been able to let things go and free my mind by having this tool as an open tab on my desktop daily keeping me on track!

Pros

I am able to do my day job, run my side business and keep track of my personal life all in one place. I love it!

Cons

I don’t think it’s well known so I don’t use it interactively with others.

### "LOVE IT! Helps keep my tasks in one place and organized. "

January 26, 2024

5.0

Pros

Having the Team be able to add, change, and add notes and messages to tasks is very helpful and makes it easy to make sure things are not getting dropped.

Cons

Still learning at this time, The Mobile app is a bit confusing for me with having my personal and work calendar now on my phone and I can not change it to view one at a time or change it back and forth.

Did not do all the things we wanted it to do. We wanted something that connected to our Google Calendar and being able to pull things from websites and make or add them to talks is AMAZING! Did not feel we got what we paid for with them.

### "My GoTo Software to ToDo"

September 12, 2019

5.0

I have been using GQueues since 2011 when there weren't quite so many nifty features as there are now. This is the software I use to track my many different lists both for personal and business uses. For any fans of GTD, this works amazingly well. It's layed out in a straightforward way that you can quickly scan your lists on a daily or weekly basis for maintenance. In addition to task management, I have used this to track when packages are due, lists of various websites and books 'to be read' and project research. The search function is great and I always seem to be able to find what I need. I have tried various other software for project management with different teams but this is my GoTo software to keep my task lists tamed.

Pros

It has a very simple method to create new tasks and subtasks and has a great utilization of keyboard shortcuts. The simple act of checking the box and the task is archived and still searchable is awesome.

Cons

Perhaps a little more color would be good though it is better than others I have used.

### "Gqueues is the best software for task management"

November 19, 2020

5.0

Pros

I usually say my live is manager Gqueues. This is the main tool I advise to my clients in the time management courses I deliver. Gqueues gives the flexibility to each person to implement the strategy that is best for the specific life and personality needs and its integration with Google Calendar is the best I know. There are several features that make my life easier: -to be able to plan tasks as time blocks and manage them in Google calendar and at the same time be able to manage tasks/projects priorities as a list -to be able to automatically plan a project importing from a list I create in excel -to be able to create a task based on an internet link. I use Gqueues not only for tasks but to store references I want to come back later and ideas.

Cons

The think I like least is the note format. Be able to add rich text would be useful.

### "GQueues is Fantastic"

September 3, 2019

5.0

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is on it when things aren't working correctly, but I only need his support once every blue moon. The videos are easy to follow, and making my GTD system was a breeze.

Pros

Love the integration into Google Calendar and GMail. Makes it easy to mold into a GTD system that works on a variety of different levels. Love it!

Cons

Once every 3-4 months, if it's a pinned tab, it may not load correctly. You just have to unpin, close, and re-open after clearing the cache. Simple fix. Also, the dragging and dropping / nesting of multiple tasks can be clunky at times.

Alternatives considered

[Evernote Teams](https://www.capterra.com/p/154969/Evernote-Business/)

Reason for choosing GQueues

Better integration into Google system, amazingly intuitive, low learning curve for my staff.

### "I am a fan of GQueues"

March 29, 2023

5.0

Pros

The right mix of features -- not too heavy, not too light.

Cons

I like it all -- maybe I would like Shift-Enter to be able to add another task

Review Source

Response from GQueues

March 30, 2023

Thanks for that feedback Robert! While you can't Shift-Enter to add another task, we do have other keyboard shortcuts for creating tasks. For example, while you're in a task title, you can hit Tab to start entering a new task right below it. Or if you've already exited the title, press i to insert another task below the current one. This help article covers all the keyboard options: https://learn.gqueues.com/en/articles/5300885-save-time-with-keyboard-shortcuts

### "Don't look anywhere else"

October 28, 2019

4.0

I am an overanalyzer - period. I have searched and researched way, way too many task programs. For work - I tried many but found myself coming back to GQueues over and over again. It's google calendar and email integration is far superior to many others, and for that reason alone, I will stick with GQueues. But...there really are so many other features that I use every day - this is the one stop shop for all you need for tasking effectively.

Pros

Intuitive, color coding, drag and drop options, template building, calendar integration, email integration, etc.

Cons

I wish you could adjust font colors to help further organize. That is currently the ONLY thing I wish GQ's had.

### "Great task scheduling App!"

February 19, 2023

4.0

Pros

It is simple and ease of use. Performance is also good and many sub-tasks can be created. Smart Queues feature is also good.

Cons

I don't see the completed tasks list. When I click the check-box beside the task, it is marked as completed and disappeared. I want to review later which tasks I have completed, but I don't know where to find the completed tasks list.

### "Great task and project management software for G-Suite companies"

September 10, 2019

5.0

We use this software to manage both individual and team projects. The support staff are very responsive and the software is intuitive. The support page even has a "Getting Things Done" video to show how the software can be used to simplify work according to the book.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. Works well with collaborations and project management. I love the functionality of being able to convert an email to a task.

Cons

Like all online software, it does have occasional quirks, but none that are persistent or limiting. For example, sometimes (not regularly) dragging the task order in sub-tasks doesn't drag as expected.

### "What G Suites was missing"

October 9, 2019

5.0

We use it to onboard people, we use it for projects...

Pros

I was an outlook user many years ago, I switched to Google Apps as it was called back then because it was cloud-based. The big piece that was missing from G Suites was a task manager, well GQueues has filled that void

Cons

I love the Google Integration, it can create a task from my email, it syncs with the calendar...

### "EXACTLY what I was looking for! "

December 15, 2022

5.0

I LOVE IT!!!! I will renew my license every year for sure!

Pros

The best part of GQueues is the easy of use. You can attach everything you need to one place and you can set yourself reminders, etc. It has EVERY feature I wanted and more. Love that I can access it on my phone and computer. It's so easy to update and the reminders/specialty queues by due date are so critical!

Cons

It's not the "prettiest" organizational app but that's a LOW priority compared to what it delivers. The only think I wish was a little different is the ability to type notes with more features, like bullets, bold, italics, indents, etc. You can only return to a new line.
