Le score BigProfiles confirme les scores déjà mis en place par nos partenaires FLOA, Oney. L'ANP additionnel généré par la solution BigProfiles ne compense pas le coût de la solution. Cependant, MetLife est persuadé que l'apport de BigProfiles sera plus significatif sur les fichiers qui ne sont pas ou peu scorés.

Pros

L'équipe de BigProfiles est très réactive, pour la mise en œuvre des différents modèles prédictifs et des différents tests que nous avons réalisés sur 2023 et 2024. Alexia et Cap-well sont très disponibles et toujours à l'écoute de l'équipe MetLife.

Cons

Difficulté d'appliquer des scores sur des fichiers partenaires déja scorés.

BP è facilmente utilizzabile e flessibile per campagne diverse.

Più chiarezza su come aggrega le variabili. In post-estimation una vista più immediata dei fattori più importanti.

¿Algoritmos complicados, cálculos interminables? Con BigProfiles es muy fácil y rápido!

Disponen de la tecnología para que tu mismo, realices tus propios algoritmos. También me gustaría destacar, su equipo humano: el trato excelente, la atención personalizada, el acompañamiento, la cercanía, el conocimiento y reconocimiento... son valores que identifican a BigProfiles. L' interfaccia user-friendly che in confronto alle potenzialità è la cosa che mi ha colpito di più. La possibilità di integrare il nostro CRM lasciando poco o nulla al lavoro manuale. L'utilizzo su diverse tipologie di attività, da quelle sales e acquisition, up-sell, a quelle anti-churn e retention lo rende un prodotto completo e unico per creare valore su tutte le nostre attività.

Cons

Premesso che non ho usato prodotti simili, devo dire che non ho trovato cose che mi sono piaciute di meno.
