"Breezeway Assist & Breezeway Support Do Better Please"

**Overall:** I like the platform, but I find Breezeway Assist to be unreliable at times. I would like to see improvement all around

**Pros:** I find it very easy to use and great for keeping track of tasks and scheudles for all our properties.

**Cons:** I find Customer Support to be unhelpful. We have had issues with our on-call support as well as when I reach out to support regarding bugs with the Breezeway system and WhatsApp integration. I have also been noticing a lack of response to guests, multiple times I have had to jump in to answer the guest cause Breezeway Assist won't respond for an hour or more.

"Great Management Software for the Right Use Care"

**Pros:** Breezeway utilizes an intuitive interface. The aesthetics more better than some of the other competitors. The ability to automate workflows is also helpful.

**Cons:** This is not necessarily a con, but this is a PMS targeting short term rental operators. Being primarily a cleaning company, this does lack some functionality as an end-to-end software for us, causing us to create some work arounds.
