After several years of improvement and expansion, Breezeway continues to be practical and functional. The UI is straightforward for office and field staff. Our guests appreciate the messaging and Guide functions. The reporting is solid.

Pros

Innovating intentionally and with useful product improvements.

Cons

I want an expanded Guide so we can add and edit unique events, local highlights, etc., rather than being limited to adding URLs.

Good, great product! Staff is very helpful.

Pros

Ability to assign tasks in real time, notification to the person the tasks are assigned to in real time.

Cons

Not neccessarily a con but perhaps the ability for us to bulk load.

Breezeway is great and I have enjoyed using it at my workplace. It makes things easy when I can see everything on a weekly schedule.

Pros

I like that Breezeway is very easy to use and sort tasks. Assigning items and setting up automations is also very easy.

Cons

The app could use some improvements, specifically for searching for tasks from days ago and also moving tasks assigned to myself.

Overall, we've had a great experience with Breezeway. It's easy to teach, view, and relay information to everyone from one simple comment. I do hope there is a way to show a history so we are not wondering where things go or who deleted or changed a task.

Pros

I like how easy it is to work with. The flexibility we have in creating new templates the process of assigning them to either our cleaners or inspectors is so smooth.

Cons

The least thing I like about Breezeway is how there is no history on the tasks or units to see who changed what and when. Plus, when we download reports the pictures turn into bad quality.

We have been using Breezeway for several years and will continue to do so. It is a great value for all of the services it offers.

Pros

It is very user friendly, easy to learn and plenty of training videos and articles! The chat feature is very helpful as well.

Cons

The Upsell feature is a great idea but we have not had a guest purchase something through there since October. It was working great and then it just stopped getting the sales it had been getting when we initially set it up. I can't figure out what the problem is. Love the concept but need to figure out why guests aren't purchasing.

It would be great if we had it in real time to track where the employees are.

Overall a great product. If it offered deeper integration with Barefoot so we could have it display more property info like wifi passwords and owner contact info that would be icing on the cake.

Pros

Easy to use interface, ability to call guest from the app, one tap directions to property.

I wish we could show more property info from Barefoot in the Breezeway app. Example: owner contact info, wifi passwords, etc

If we were to stop using Breezeway now, it would be devastating. It helps with organization, task management, quality control, and so much more. I'm glad we found and implemented the software!

Pros

The interface is clean and intuitive, and it makes tracking much easier for tasks to ensure items are not overlooked.

Cons

It would be nice if Breezeway could have one button to generate a monthly report that shows the total cost to owners. Without additional software, it is cumbersome to use Breezeway for accounting tasks related to labor and service expenses

Breezeway is a very simple solution to handle a very complicated way of business. Overall, this is an excellent tool. It is thorough and handles everything I need when using. They have got all of the necessities covered and some that we couldn't have thought of, as well!

Pros

The ease with which to use the product. There are several different ways to find what you're looking for and this is helpful if you only know a small amount of information.

Cons

Not about Breezeway but probably the way information is entered into the program which is actually a human problem. It would be helpful to locate things quicker if there was an established data entry pattern.

Easy to use and navigate. Plenty of room to input necessary information.

Cons

Would like to be able to input information uniformly in a certain location to copy to all selected properties. Would like to be able to use an underline feature. Would like to have color font options.

Very happy, it gets the intended job done.

Pros

Itbis efficient, makes sense (once you learn) has a lot of different capabilities. Can store a lot of information and great for scheduling.

Cons

When a property extends still not sure if it duplicates the reservation with the new check out date and leaves the current one. It also leaves the assigned cleaner in which causes s hesuling issues.

for the most part, i like the dynamics of the software. breezeway definitely provides a way to like we everyone on the page and provides accurate information.

Pros

i like how we are able to share information with everyone who has access to the system and how we can prioritize the tasks.

Cons

the thing i least like is there is no notification when a task is completed, signaling us. some sort of a alert/ notification would be helpful base on the priority of the task.
