There isn't unnecessary fluff. Cons There is a bug (possibly due to our internet) that sometimes makes activity come up as blank and a refresh is needed. Pleasantly surprised by Breezeway's text messaging features, which have significantly reduced after-hours phone calls. Overall, our systems and operations run much more smoothly with Breezeway. Unfortunately, the support provided has not met our expectations. Specifically, the manual process for bulk uploads is inefficient, and there is no functionality to adjust pricing by weekdays, resulting in uniform rates across both weekends and weekdays, which is not ideal for dynamic pricing. We would appreciate addressing these issues promptly.
