Its easy to use, has great UI and definitely can produce great quality videos if you optimize the tools it has on its disposal. This is like the KineMaster of PC- beginners favorite. The in-built library is outstanding, and the new AI-powered version is superb. Really loved this product. Also, this is affordable as well considering its features. Pros This is the best beginner friendly, video-editing software for the beginners with the ample features for good quality videos. Cons However great it looks for beginner, it is definitely not for professional who is looking to create a high-quality cutting-edge videos. Far from it! Cons Unfortunately, even when you buy the full version, most of the really interesting effects and features you need to pay for. I upgraded from version 11 because I thought I'm going to have at least the same features in the new version and more. Boy was I wrong. Yes, there are more features, but pretty much everything you have to pay extra, either monthly or by credits, and this is a deal breaker for me. I went to CapCut instead, which comes out cheaper and is for longer projects where I don't need too much fuss, I still use Wondershare 11. Another red flag is their big watermark for unpaid version, you just know they are very selfish and dont want you to use them for free like other better app with smaller watermark. so now I am stuck with a useless good for nothing app for a year and I cant get my money back because they wont refund me. After subscribing for this software, you still have to subscribe to use any meaningful features like a youtube subscribe sticker, and captioning your video you also need to pay again to even use that feature, making it like 3 different yearly billed subscription to have a meaningful usage. This is a Sc@m software, I definitely don't recommend for anyone, and I am pissed. Also trust pilot issued a warning they are paying people to write good reviews for them, take this review as a good first hand experience and save yourself the stress and waste of money and space. Cons L'inexactitude du descriptif sur le site concernant les usages de crédits. L'abonnement offres 1000 crédits / mois, le descriptif du site précise qu'une génération IA text-to-video coûte 30 crédits, or à minima c'est 90 crédits sur le logiciel pour un résultat médiocre, et 1100 crédits pour utiliser Veo3, ce qui n'est aucunement précisé sur le site. The free trial allowed me some time to know I wanted it, and it paid off. Pros It's easy to use for a person who likes to video edit, if familiar with google as a learner and is willing to practice. Cons Sometimes the AI function is spotty with captions, and I end up having to go in and edit so this also does consume some time I was expecting to save. I spent a few weeks going around in circles with one problem or another trying to produce content with Filmora. Ultimately, I didn't accomplish one piece of content. Leaving me to feel as though I paid to tell them what is not working. I was grateful that I caught the attention of a product manager who was very courteous and professional. He invited me to have a video conference so they can get a thorough intake on my series of experiences. This was a good move on their part. However, as to what the outcome would be for improving the software, I have no idea because I will never use their apps again. Not only is the software not performing they way they market it, their pricing structure is confusing to the point of mind numbing. I couldn't make sense of what I was getting with any given subscription for either the service or access to media? As someone who developed educational software for five years, my take away is, this company is far too big to keep a handle on all the software components. Too many cooks in the kitchen while they roll out all this AI stuff that needs far more testing before it's rolled out to the public. The mobile versus desktop laptop apps are very different animals leading one to feel like they are almost completely separate from each other. Features in one platform where not available in the other. Leading to questioning my sanity?? They just didn't coalesce as one would hope in an efficient, cohesive workflow. The project manager who kept in touch, stated that his hands were tied because certain things where not in his department. He dealt with the desktop based apps, not mobile apps. I really can't fault him at all. He was doing the best he could with what he had to work with. At least he was professional, honest and responsive and for that, I give him, as an employee five stars. Caveat Emptor - try at your own risk. I hope you have time and money to waste to see if it works for you. If it does, then GREAT! It just failed colossally in my experience. I don't always feel comfortable writing negative reviews but in order to be honest, these things need to be stated. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the latest and greatest AI content creation tools. Only to have wasted more time and money with experiences like this. If we don't share our experiences on platforms such as Capterra, the problems will not be addressed by the developer because they live in their own bubbles with their priorities first. So, someone's got to say it or more people will end up paying to test software, frustrated and with lost time. Pros After several communications with the AI Support bot, At least a project manager invited me to have a video conference to get my experience in depth. Cons The software sounds great in theory but 90% of what I tried to accomplish was non-functional, documentation was not well written. Leaving me to wrestle with the AI support bot most of the the time. No continuity between mobile and desktop/laptop apps.
