Arbeitsaufträge werden durch den Projektersteller in TP verfasst. Zeitaufwände werden durch den Ausführenden Mitarbeiter in TP gebucht und entsprechende Nachweise werden geschrieben.Alles zusammen sorgt für eine sehr gute Nachweisbarkeit und fast Fehlerfreie Rechnungstellung.

Pros

Der Hersteller ist stetig bemüht sein Produkt anzupassen, zu verbessern und weiter aus zu bauen.

Cons

Die Nutzung für den Administrator braucht sehr viel Übung. Die Fehleranfälligkeit ist immer noch groß.

Wir haben uns als relativ kleines Unternehmen vor fast drei Jahren entschieden, von der Zeiterfassung per Excel-Liste auf ein Zeiterfassungssystem (mit Terminal) zu wechseln. Dazu haben wir uns diverse Produkte angesehen, sie verglichen und einige davon ausführlicher getestet. TimePunch hat uns letztendlich überzeugt, weil es sehr bedienerfreundlich ist, von den Kosten her ok ist und alle unsere Anforderungen abdeckt. Die gute Einführung in die Software durch den Kundendienst und das ausführliche Testen mit der kostenlosen Testversion waren für die Entscheidungsfindung ebenfalls sehr förderlich. Wir haben anfangs einige Verbesserungsvorschläge eingereicht, die auch wirklich in späteren Updates umgesetzt wurden. So ist sichtbar, dass die Software im Hintergrund stetig weiterentwickelt und an neue Anforderungen angepasst wird. Wir arbeiten inzwischen seit fast drei Jahren mit TimePunch, sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Produkt absolut weiterempfehlen.

Pros

Wir haben nach einem System gesucht, was einfach zu bedienen ist und für das wir nicht zwingend einen eigenen Server benötigen. Dass es TimePunch auch cloudbasiert gibt, ist für uns optimal. Die Software ist sehr übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen, deckt all unsere Anforderungen ab und wird erfreulicherweise stetig weiterentwickelt.

Cons

Derzeit gibt es keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Das Produkt ist äußerst benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv nutzbar. Auch die geringen Ausfallzeiten, regelmäßige Weiterentwicklung und die große Auswahl an Auswertungsmöglichkeiten hat aus unserer Firma über die Jahre zu einem treuen Kunden des Systems werden lassen. Die kurzen Reaktionszeiten des Supports sowie dessen Kompetenz sind beispielhaft.

Cons

Ich erinnere mich nur dunkel an die Erstinstallation vor knapp 20 Jahren. Das war schon sehr komplex. Allerdings habe ich keinen Vergleich zu heutigen Installationen, die sicherlich optimiert worden sind. Von daher kann ich über nichts Schlechtes berichten.

Um ehrlich zu sein, sind die Funktionen bei unterschiedlichen Anbietern ziemlich vergleichbar. Uns hat vor allem die Nähe zum Hersteller und der stets engagierte Support sehr gefallen. Was bringt eine tolle Lösung, wenn man bei jedem Problem zu wenig Unterstützung erhält?

Cons

Die Rechnung. Aber gemessen an der Leistung und vor allem dem Support ist es tatsächlich überaus wirtschaftlich.

Der Watcher läuft einfach und solide, in Büroumgebungen wo Zeiten und Pausen der Büromitarbeitern erfasst werden soll ist die Kombination aus Watcher auf dem PC und Terminals an den Eingängen optimal. GPS Standorterfassung bei mobiler Erfassung ist ein schönes Feature. Kontrolle, Nachbearbeitung und Reporting ist relativ einfach über TimePunch Pro möglich. Automatische Aktualisierung des Servers und der Clients halten Administrationskosten gering.

Cons

Die mobile Ansicht ist gerade bei Nutzung im Außendienst, wo hunderte Kunden in der Datenbank liegen suboptimal. Es ist schwierig Kunden auszuwählen und machmal hängt hier und da auch etwas. Die Akzeptanz beim Monter / Außendienstmitarbeiter ist daher leider nur bedingt gegeben.
