Permette l'accesso a tutti i corsi. I docenti possono accedere anche con un'ora di anticipo per verificare l'accessibilità. Gli studenti potranno accedere solo all'orario stabilito

La piattaforma non supporta più di 30 studenti, diventa poi difficile per loro accedere. L'insegnante è sempre costretto a registrare manualmente gli ingressi e gli orari perchè il 90% delle volte la piattaforma non funziona in automatico. Questo rallenta lo svolgimento del corso

Negativa!!! Dopo un importante investimento di diverse migliaia di euro, ci siamo sentiti polli da spennare che clienti con cui intraprendere un progetto… altro che ecommerce gratuito!?! Nonostante l’investimento e i problemi riscontrati abbiamo provato a recedere ma il loro avvocato ci ha intimato di continuare a pagare..

Pros

Il software a prima vista completo e funzionale in tutti gli aspetti che possono interessare un ente di formazione professionale: formazione a distanza in modalità sincrona e asincrona.

Cons

La scarsa attenzione ai clienti. Dopo importante investimento per l’implementazione abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel ricevere supporto adeguato e consigli per l’utilizzo se non a pagamento. Vi sono presenti problemi di tracciamento degli utenti nella formazione sincrona che avviene con l’utilizzo di piattaforma esterna proposta da loro (ad esempio Gsuite Professional)

La mia esperienza complessiva è buona.

Pros

I vantaggi riscontrati sono dati dalla veloce attivazione dei corsi e dal sistema automatico di invio e-mail con credenziali d'accesso.

Cons

Il software non risulta molto intuitivo e i continui aggiornamenti del layout complicano ulteriormente questo aspetto. L'assistenza a volte richiede lunghi periodi per risolvere le problematiche riscontrate che necessitano dell'apertura del ticket. Gli utenti si lamentano per il sistema di verifica della presenza (continuo click sul video) e in alcuni casi per i test che trovano troppo ostici e eccessivamente incentrati su domande concentrate solo su dettagli assenti o appena accennati nelle videolezioni.

Possibilità di gestire corsi a distanza per ovviare alla dispersione territoriale degli utenti, come ad esempio i nostri progetti di Academy interaziendali, e la possibilità di estrapolare le reportistiche richieste dai fondi interprofessionali per finanziare la formazione professionale. Lo strumento della creazione di learning object permette di personalizzare soluzioni formative ad hoc.

Pros

Vasta gamma di corsi on line asincroni per soddisfare le esigenze di formazione obbligatoria e non solo. Piattaforma strutturata con completezza di funzionalità per la gestione dei corsi on line in modalità sincrona; ottime soluzioni di personalizzazione per gestire progetti speciali anche di tipo Academy.

Cons

Il software ha alla base uno sviluppo informatico e tecnologico importante; per sfruttarne a pieno tutta la potenzialità richiederebbe una persona dedicata a tempo pieno al suo utilizzo, anche per le frequenti release della piattaforma, che sono naturalmente testimonianza dell'investimento nel processo di miglioramento continuo delle soluzioni proposte.

un vantaggio è il fatto che i corsi si bloccano molto velocemente

Pros

La possibilità di gestire/prorogare le scadenza in autonomia, effettuare modifiche su attestati o dati anagrafici del partecipante senza richiedere il supporto di un tecnico Mega Italia Media. Apprezzabile la realtà di poter suddividere i partecipanti in gruppi e/o sottogruppi.

Cons

La password essendo criptata e non visibile a chi gestisce la piattaforma, può creare qualche disguido nel caso in cui l'utente non dovesse ricevere l'e-mail con le credenziali: non possiamo comunicarla direttamente.

Positiva sistema comodo da usare

All'inizio, il prodotto personalmente l'ho trovato un po' complesso da usare, ma grazie all'affiancamento iniziale dei vostri tecnici ( molto pazienti ) la cosa è stata superata . Le potenzialità di uso sono veramente tante e funzionali per ottimizzare i tempi dell'operatore . La nostra realtà è piccola e abbiamo sfruttato solo la parte inerente ai corsi presenti a catalogo in modalità e-learning .

Cons

i problemi riscontrati sono la mancata possibilità di centralizzare le informazioni della piattaforma, mi spiego meglio per come è organizzato il nostro Studio la formazione è gestita solo con un unica mail cosa che per il vostro sistema non è consentita...così mi trovo una volta attivato il corso a cercare le informazioni del corso attivato in altre mail di colleghi...questo francamente è molto scomodo , non capita con altre piattaforme.

La qualità dei contenuti e le modalità espositive.

Cons

La modalità di funzionamento dei video, la necessità di continuare a cliccare su play, uscire e rientrare all'elenco del corso, tanti video molto corti da far caricare ciascuno. L'impossibilità di scaricare l'attestato se non raggiunto il tempo minimo, cosa che accade spesso.

Pros

La fruizione dei corsi in e-learning è abbastanza intuitiva, il contenuto viene aggiornato periodicamente; nel complesso la formazione risulta approfondita.

Cons

Durante alcuni corsi formativi vengono sottoposti all'utente dei test verifica che risultano spesso alquanto difficili, sarebbe consigliabile predisporre delle domande più semplici. Inoltre, alcuni moduli formativi risultano poco interattivi in grado di coinvolgere maggiormente l'utente (più video/esempi pratici).

Ottima soluzione LMS integrabile con specifici moduli in base alle esigenze aziendali. Attualmente in uso in GMT Consulting con il modulo HR, indispensabile per la gestione organizzativa delle visite mediche degli utenti già a sistema, integrazione congiunta che soddisfa a pieno gli obblighi formativi e di sorveglianza sanitaria D.Lgs. 81/08 sicurezza sul lavoro. In uso anche con i moduli LCMS - Learning Content Management System - e wCMS - content management system.

Cons

Personalmente non ho aspetti critici da segnalare. Per eventuali funzionalità mancanti compiliamo il modulo di suggerimento funzionalità e queste vengono implementate nelle varie release

Gli aspetti che mi sono piaciuti di meno è la poca elasticità: dalla visualizzazione alle modalità di ricerca

E' una piattaforma accurata, offre molteplici opzioni per la gestione dei dati caricati e nello stesso tempo è molto intuitiva e di appeal

Ottimo il catalogo disponibile e soprattutto la possibilità di accedere da qualsiasi mezzo. Professionalità e disponibilità da 5 stelle per l assistenza

Cons

La ricerca di alcuni corsi dal catalogo per i gruppi più numerosi (es lavoratori)

Nei confronti delle aziende il servizio è aumentato.

Pros

La parte di reportistica è fatta molto bene.

Cons

La parte di LCMS è abbastanza complessa e per imparare ad utilizzarla ci vuole molto tempo e tante prove. In più è abbastanza rigida. La grafica dell'ambiente andrebbe rifatta perchè a mio modo di vedere è un po' troppo formale e sa di "vecchio".

Troviamo molto sul pezzo l'assistenza tecnica e la massima disponibilità in termini di info e gestione

Cons

Se posso indicare una critica costruttiva riteniamo un pò noiosa la funzione di attivazione con mouse del corso che viene richiesta ogni 2 minuti
