A great way to be recognized and rewarded for collaboration or going the extra mile. **Pros:** I really enjoy encouraging my co-workers or sending points for something extraordinary they did. I also love the surprise when I get rewarded! It makes me feel more confident and close to my coworkers. I also love being able to use those points for many different places and gift cards. The process to redeem the card was easy and straightforward. I was able to get all the goodies for my daughter’s Easter basket with my points alone! It’s very easy platform, I didn’t have any issues with login, easy to navigate. **Cons:** It does get annoying when I’m using from my phone but then switch to my computer that it logs me out of the computer and I have to register the computer again and then would have to do the same again on my phone if I just used the computer. I also wish you couldn’t give only 5 points because you can’t use 5 points on anything, so those just go to waste since most people give increments of 10. Betty N. You can even give points to teammates to show your appreciation! **Pros:** The team recognition system and the gift card redemption process are great, as are the discount system and asking about more perks for both rewards and discounts. **Cons:** Not enough choices for discounts in relation to localized establishments, and a lack of ability to give less than 5 points to people in recognition.
