Also love how individualized the platform is! Cons doesn't cost much but my team loves using it so we do spend a good amount of money on rewards and challenges. Cons I do not like how money is removed from my typical paycheck to cover "taxes" and does not save my login such that I have to re-verify my computer every time I attempt to login. A great way to be recognized and rewarded for collaboration or going the extra mile. Pros I really enjoy encouraging my co-workers or sending points for something extraordinary they did. I also love the surprise when I get rewarded! It makes me feel more confident and close to my coworkers. I also love being able to use those points for many different places and gift cards. The process to redeem the card was easy and straightforward. I was able to get all the goodies for my daughter’s Easter basket with my points alone! It’s very easy platform, I didn’t have any issues with login, easy to navigate. Cons It does get annoying when I’m using from my phone but then switch to my computer that it logs me out of the computer and I have to register the computer again and then would have to do the same again on my phone if I just used the computer. This in my opinion would up morale and increase user activity after they've exhausted all their monthly points. I use it on both ends, giving and receiving, on the receiving end there are so many gift card options which is very nice. Pros It's super easy to use to reward and praise my colleagues and associates for a job well done. Years ago before the process to give a "spot bonus" or recognition was manual and archaic, but with Nectar it's instant, and there's lots of gift card choices. Cons It's a minor thing, but the points and dollars are not a 1 for 1, it's 1000 points equals $100 dollars, so sometimes it's hard to remember that and remember what I'm actually giving.
