The set was easy and we have had a lot of fun with the platform! Pros I love how easy Nectar is to use. No need to send new team members a bunch of trainings about it. Also love how individualized the platform is! Cons Nectar doesn't cost much but my team loves using it so we do spend a good amount of money on rewards and challenges. I really love that we are able to earn points for gift cards to wherever we want basically. Cons There’s nothing I don’t like about it. Pros I like the monthly email reminders when my Nectar points are replenished get added to my account so that I know when I have more points to send out to other people. Cons I do not like how money is removed from my typical paycheck to cover "taxes" and does not save my login such that I have to re-verify my computer every time I attempt to login. I also loved how many ways there were to recognize someone or to earn points to redeem. Having been in HR for years previous to my current position, I've always wanted a way to easily recognize employees and have a way for them to participate in the recognition, and Nectar delivers that in spades. The value can't be beat. It is less expensive to use Nectar than it is to try other methods of recognition and it's a lot more fun. It saves managers hours of time and it puts employees in the driver seat when recognizing each other which is awesome! It's a wonderful platform and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and affordable way to add recognition to your company's culture. Pros I love that you can access Nectar from your browser or you can integrate it with teams and outlook. It makes it easier and saves hours of work recognizing the people you work with when it matters. Having a platform that makes recognition easy and useful is so important, and I love that Nectar makes it possible without a lot of hassle. Cons The only con I can think of is that there are claimable challenges that you can do to earn bonus. Which is amazing! However, the challenges are pretty limited. A great way to be recognized and rewarded for collaboration or going the extra mile. Pros I really enjoy encouraging my co-workers or sending points for something extraordinary they did. I also love the surprise when I get rewarded! It makes me feel more confident and close to my coworkers. I also love being able to use those points for many different places and gift cards. The process to redeem the card was easy and straightforward. I was able to get all the goodies for my daughter’s Easter basket with my points alone! It’s very easy platform, I didn’t have any issues with login, easy to navigate. Cons It does get annoying when I’m using from my phone but then switch to my computer that it logs me out of the computer and I have to register the computer again and then would have to do the same again on my phone if I just used the computer. I also wish you couldn’t give only 5 points because you can’t use 5 points on anything, so those just go to waste since most people give increments of 10. Pros Easy to use and seamless feed that shows recognition from across the entire company to various employees. Customer support is always extremely helpful and quick to respond. And our company representative is also great and informative and constantly keeping us up to date on new offerings within the product. Plenty of reward options, including tons of gift cards. The sync with ADP work force helps keep the employee list up to date. Cons As an admin with insight into budgets, the cost is a little pricey in my opinion. That being said, a lot of similar programs are about the same cost, so it is competitive. I also wish that the ADP sync would recognize when employees change their last name and/or email and merge the account instead of creating a new one like it currently does.
