Cons It can be difficult to understand where I am supposed to get the points I can reward from. There are a lot of different rewards to choose from so users can choose what they want instead of getting a gift someone thinks they might want! Cons To my knowledge there is not a way to bank transfer funds. A great way to bring folks together by giving shout outs to one another Cons Some of the leadership boards can be misleading. We all have the same points to give out, but some are "better" givers than others. I think the metrics encourage giving more frequently, but less points. Cons I don't have any critiques of Nectar at this time. I haven't been using it too long, so I haven't been able to see how it all works. But from what I have seen, it's been great.
