A good catch phrase for the company is: Make HR fun! That's what does. It's social media but for HR, which is a wild concept. That said, I hope that if you guys decide to use this catch phrase, I will receive credit for it haha! Pros I like that I can shout out my coworkers in a meaningful manner -- in a way that speaks to everyone -- money. I like to pool my points, so I haven't quite taken advantage of the gift card options made available to us. However, when I'm ready, I know that I have practically every option possible when I inevitably cash in. Cons I don't like that when I click on a notification from my email, I'm not automatically logged in. I also love the surprise when I get rewarded! It makes me feel more confident and close to my coworkers. I also love being able to use those points for many different places and gift cards. The process to redeem the card was easy and straightforward. I was able to get all the goodies for my daughter’s Easter basket with my points alone! It’s very easy platform, I didn’t have any issues with login, easy to navigate. Cons It does get annoying when I’m using from my phone but then switch to my computer that it logs me out of the computer and I have to register the computer again and then would have to do the same again on my phone if I just used the computer. Having a means of incentivizing point givers to provide higher quality feedback to better highlight the receiver's success/achievement would in my opinion create exponential morale growth and participation. Don't make it more difficult to send a quick and simple posts, but having a way to give a few added points to the authors of a well thought out post would then promote higher quality posts. This in my opinion would up morale and increase user activity after they've exhausted all their monthly points. That being said, a lot of similar programs are about the same cost, so it is competitive. It's very easy to use and go through the process step by step to collect the chosen reward as well as obtaining it through your email and having it ready for use on your next purchase. Pros is easy to use and very user friendly. It's a great system to reward coworkers, especially in a work from home environment. The reward selection is great and has something for everybody.
