Every time I get a new allotment of points to distribute I immediately do so. Pros Love the idea of everyone being able to reward their co-workers both in term of redeemable points and public notification of their efforts. The software is very intuitive therefore recognizing co-workers is extremely quick & easy, as is reviewing everyone else's activity. Pros We require team members to give out a certain amount of nectar points every month. It's nice to have a way to help recognize people on ANY team in the company, and it's nice to have a free way to regularly give a gift to our team members. Pros \- Public Rewards, great way to recognize others work and assign some meaning to it. - Swag store tied to rewards, get rewards for the good work you do Cons \- No single sign on integration - Design is in it's infancy, needs more work to make it really polished. Remove multiple ways of doing the same thing and define the best single way to accomplish a specific task. Rewards are given on a monthly basis as opposed to a one time deal, so it's an ongoing process that encourages positivity among coworkers. Cons Adoption within the company is difficult.
