I can reward colleagues for any help or good work they are doing. It's been great. Pros allows companies to reward their employees and setup peer to peer rewarding for anything in the day to day work life. It boosts morale between colleagues, drives employees to strive to be their best overall, and has real rewards that people will want. Cons Some of the UI elements could be better. Example - When I am rewarded as a group, and want to reciprocate rewards, it should know that I am not trying to give myself points, and replace me with the original giver along with the group. That logic is not there so a user has to create a whole new post instead of being able to tack on more points to the same group. Needs to be implemented. Review Source DG Danielle G. All staff love it! Pros The pros are the easiness of the platform. We use it as a way to say thanks to our employees for all of their hard work. The gift card choices are endless and customer support if phenomenal with the timeliness of their responses. Cons When looking for shout outs given or received by a specific person, it is tricky to search. I wish that feature was a little more user friendly. Allowing a user to know where to click to be able to obtain what one is looking for and get the rewards. Pros I like how easy it is navigate the website, and be able to obtain the rewards. I also like the number of options for reward cards, and the variety provided. Cons At the moment, I don’t have any comments about anything I dislike. Cons From my point of view, there is no downfall to this program. It works very well and easy to use. Keep adding in new shops or products for points to purchase, maybe not have an expiration date on when they expire to use. Cons The only thing that I'm not crazy about with is that point redemption must be done in whole amounts. It's very simply set up and easy to navigate, which is important these days because a lot of sites aren't. We already have to use so many different sites and programs, so I like being able to train my new employees on it quickly and easily. Pros is an easy-to-use way to recognize your coworkers and teams. These days it's hard for workers to feel appreciated, but with Nectar I can make sure my coworkers feel important, and I can too. The rewards, like the gift cards, are also easy to redeem and use. Cons One thing I don't like is how often it tells me that it doesn't recognize the computer that I'm on, which is the same almost every time. Logging in continuously is a bit much.
