And I cannot stress enough just how uplifting it is to see other people sending positive feedback to others as well. It makes an excellent morale booster. Pros I am very impressed with the product overall. Especially the ability to send shout outs, send rewards to helpful coworkers, and to get positive feedback from my coworkers. Cons Sometimes, I do have issues with logging in. It would be very helpful if there was a way to reduce the wait time for password reset emails. Customer Support is just a button away when I am having an issue. Cons There are no cons, I like everything about nectar and its values.
