The interface is easy to navigate and the process to enter the data that I need translated is seamless Cons Not much that I can say in terms of cons for GlobalLink. From what I have used, everything works well and is a straight forward system. Pros I enjoy the ability to maintain oversight of the work being performed at my company. Previously, everyone was operating differently and we were not gaining any efficiencies. Being able to monitor overall spend is critical for me as well. Cons I don't have any cons at this point. We are still working to bring Project Director in but are currently using Transport. Additionally, the many language options that are available. Cons A few times the pins did not work, but overall things were fixed fairly quickly. The use of technology in translation has made the process very fluid and easy. Pros The responsiveness and precision of the replies from \[sensitive content hidden\]. He was very helpful in setting me up in the system, and on the Delonghi account. I was impressed with the review system and the review management. Cons On initial setup of the reviews, it appeared that the reviewers were not sent an email nofitication. This was small thing though and easily remedied. One comment - we translate recipes for global markets, and our challenge is in localising the ingredients to suit cultural and local needs. Hearing from Transperfect employees and also external organizations on how they have implemented the technology.
