It has given a high impact change to our company and process and made our work a lot easier. Pros The smooth connection between procurement to payment is one of the highlight of this product. Also, the success team made sure that accrualify is properly set up to our needs and requirements. It has address our process concerns and our compliance needs Cons One thing that I feel can be improved are the error messages that is hard to understand by the user. February 13, 2021 4.0 Previously, we relied on software that did not allow for customization, which was crucial as our organization is quickly growing and our needs our very specific. Accrualify has allowed us to constantly add new approval workflows which is important as people come and go to the organization. Pros I love the customization and Netsuite integration! It empowers the team to create the payment workflows that make sense and nothing gets lost in the process. Cons Comments feature could be improved by showing comments in an email. Integration with NetSuite is good and can accommodate custom fields, for a price. Pros I like that you can do everything in one platform from onboarding suppliers, purchase requests, invoice match, payment, expense reimbursement, and corp card management. Approval workflows are very robust and integration with Sage Intacct is fantastic. Cons Onboarding took about 4 weeks, which isn't as fast as bill.com but we get much more functionality with this tool.
