It is deeply customization and we need just that in order to have it do exactly what we desire. We initially used Trello, but it was too simple and did not allow us to set up the kind of automations and pages needed to be as productive as possible. Notion has become a staple in our company and I am very satisfied with the product. We would gladly pay more money for this service as we have become dependant on it for our collaborations. One time, I even used it to create a private website I shared with a client and it looked amazing! Pros The deep customization and how you can essentially create anything you need while having your team work alongside with you based on what you created. It's not the easiest to learn how to use, but once you learn how to use it, the power really shines. The value for the money is great especially when you consider just how many pages you can create. I also love how everything I do gets synchronized with my team so seamlessly after setting up powerful automations. Another pro is the fact that it comes with so many different templates you can start from depending on what you want to create. The possiblities really are endless with Notion. Cons The barrier to entry is a little steep. Meaning to create exactly what you want, it will take some learning. Not an insane amount, but you do need to watch a couple youtube videos or read up on how exactly to use Notion to the best of it's ability.
