The checklist feature is also quite good and easy to use. Cons The amount of time needed to get deep into the program is more than I can commit due to my schedule. Pros Notion has several organization views like kanban view, smart spreadsheets, to-do list and documentation. It's specially a very powerfull tool to share and admin info, assets and task on a production team. Pros Notion is very easy to use, since it looks like a regular text document, but is way beyond that. Any user can be familiar withe the interface at first and discover multiple management possibilities Cons Nothing wrong on my experience so far, all my needs has been covered. Pros If you are a customizer, this is the software for you. It's like a blank canvas that you can shape to your needs. I'm sure we're underutilizing it but, from what we've seen, it can get pretty deep. From our perspective, it lets you collaborate in real time easily and build repositories of information to have it always available and synced, with a simple to use and intuitive interface, that you don't need to be a genius to figure out how to do stuff. Cons Until now, we've found the sync speed to be disappointing. We're used to edit in real time documents in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, and they work so much better, to the point where Notion can even be not trusty to work on at the same time. Also, the mobile apps are not fully featured yet and could use a little more work. It makes it so much easier to access documents, share training materials and review reports. Pros Notion has been a great addition for us in terms of a centralized hub. We store our docs, processes, reports and so much more in Notion where our team can see everything. I also love the fact that there's a free version for us to try, especially since Notion can appear daunting. Overall, it's been solid. Cons There's a steep learning curve, despite all the documentation in place. The blocks on the free version also adds up very quickly.
