While it is almost unlimited in its functionality, when you hit one of those limits, it can be felt. In particular there are mission critical plug-ins (Notion Calendar) that work well on a web browser but -- oddly -- aren't compatible with their own desktop software. When it's good, Notion is very, very good. But it does have its limits. The new AI feature is a cherry on top. I would recommend it to everyone! Pros Notion is easy to use, with great features that really put it above other apps in the category. I loved the fact that I can make different sections for my work, hobbies and even just my to-do list. Also the sync where I can access it through my phone and laptop is super convenient. Cons An offline version which shows me the attachments would be great! It took me about 6 months to really find my feet but once it clicked, the capability has been super impressive. The community support around the product is fantastic, and the ability to buy templates makes up for the steeper learning curve if you are having trouble getting started. Pros Flexibility to create what you need. The AI tool is a game changer as far as recalling info within your database. Cons It does have a steep learning curve, although there is training available, and heaps of resources online, it still takes some time to get your head around it if you have not used a system like this before.
