Cons

If I don’t have the internet, I cannot easily view or edit my notes while traveling which can be annoying.

Pros

My workflow has improved since I started using Notion because the collaborative tools allow me to work more as a group with my team and help each other. Being united through a platform unifies our work and we can give a better construction to projects by visualizing the progress and with the help of AI it improves ideas and aspects that give it a better focus

In my experience, it has not failed me and has not disappointed me. I really like using Notion

Ease of use and community support when it comes to help or templates

Cons

Databases a linesr and not bi-directional. There are workarounds but not for the fait of heart.

I love how customizable Notion is with its seemingly endless format options, the different paths you can create to organizations its files, and overall how aesthetically pleasing it is

Cons

Since Notion has so many options, there can be a learning curve to understand how to utilize it to its full potential. Additionally, it can be difficult to take that extra step to stop what I am doing, open up the Notion, and create a layout for taking notes or creating a to-do list, which is what I was originally using it for. This makes it challenging to use as a day-to-day tool at work, especially compared to the convenience of quickly writing something down in a physical notebook.

A cracking product, and my daily note-taking and database tool. Couldn't live without it.

Pros

A super smooth interface makes all kinds of writing easy. It feels like new features are added daily, but the core of Notion remains the same and just as slick. The database tools are also incredible, and are the backbone of a lot of my filing systems.

Cons

Some of the more complex features within Notion can feel a touch hard to pick up, and resources to learn from are not made particularly clear from the get go — I think this has the potential to alienate new users who do not feel confident within the software.

I highly recommend Notion for smaller teams and projects. It is a great way to collaborate with team members and keep everyone on the same page in a very organized fashion.

Pros

Notion is very easy to use and does not require much training. It is very intuitive. It is really helpful for collaborating with team members which for us are mostly remote. It's a great way to help us stay connected.

Cons

Our team grew pretty rapidly and so did our projects. We found that Notion was missing some features we wished we had. I think we just out grew Notion but it was great when our team was smaller.

Pros

Great depth in features available, the free plan is really solid, and superb collaboration within teams. Markdown options are great too and allows for code integration.

Cons

I personally am not a fan of the AI features, I think they feel shoehorned in. Also I feel it lacks some features from Confluence in terms of organisation.

It is easy to organise the task list. You can add your notes.

Cons

Notes are unfortunately organised much worse than tasks. I miss a good search engine there. Tagging notes with tags is easy but adding tags could be easier.

Love using Notion as a collaboration tool. It's very user-friendly, thought-through and the set-up and billing is easy to navigate. Would recommend for teams looking for a great document sharing and collaboration tool.

Pros

Really great collaboration tool, with lots of different on-page tools to create the environment that works for each team. We have different pages for each department, and it's helpful that you can restrict permissions or share certain pages only with external providers who need to see information.

Cons

The £10 a month cost does scale quite quickly with numbers. You are billed based on the number of users at the point of invoice each month, so if you take this down over the month, you'll still be billed the original amount for that month.
