It's good for collaboration between multiple business teams and contractors. Pros It's a useful tool for collaboration and information sharing. It makes freelance project work quick, easy, and organized. Cons I've heard horror stories about issues with billing and nationality-based discrimination and while I haven't experienced those issues myself, it's enough to have tarnished their reputation and put me off of upgrading or giving more business to Notion. I was a paying customer at various times. Now it is one of the most pointlessly AI-saturated platforms out there. I switched to Asana, because the AI features are easy to disable and are not intrusive. Pros I loved everything about it before it was ruined by AI. Cons "AI" features are constantly being promoted with every interaction, making actually trying to use the product for anything useful very difficult. It's a Swiss-knife type of app, not excellent, but adequate and utilitarian in use. Cons It has a steep learning curve. The template community, while expansive, can be overwhelming for some users. It's handy, loads quickly, and can clone other's notion in an instant. Whilst being such a powerful tool, it needs more optimization and customization features. Pros Notion has combined features of various apps, including the journaling, excel sheet, and newly introduced feature, notion ai. It provides accessibility to handy features. Cons Despite being the better journaling/note alternative, it misses some major features such as extra customization, proper tables and a beginner friendly guide to use the available functions. Switched from [Notepad++](https://www.capterra.com/p/185965/Notepad/)[Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Notion included both the features of notepad as well as ms excel. It had a convenient table function, and i could journal everything well into it as well it had a pretty nice interface. It is easy to use and navigate, as it is intuitive. I like that I can adapt to it in such a short time. Also I like that they provide templates for new users who might be struggling to design their own interface at first. Cons The biggest thing that I disliked about Notion is that most of the functions work only when I am online. It is hard to use and hard to access in situations when I am offline.
