It is Cozy and familiar, and an overall good experience. Pros Notion is sleek and feels like an intimate place to create my own content alongside of the piece of knowledge that the company has to offer. Cons Searching function at Notion is poor. I can't remember the amount of times that I had the correct key words but it would not give me the card I was looking for. Pros Notion gives a bunch of tools to help document basically anything you can think of; company benefits, workflows/processes, employee handbook, etc. Cons Some of the item/components for building a page are a little awkward and can lead to some frustration getting pages to structure the way you want at first. Pros Great depth in features available, the free plan is really solid, and superb collaboration within teams. Markdown options are great too and allows for code integration. Cons "AI" features are constantly being promoted with every interaction, making actually trying to use the product for anything useful very difficult.
