The opportunity to convert pages to different views easily is great. Free version also supports google calendar which is super useful. Pros Free version allows to keep amount of data enough for personal usage of the platform. Pros Notion does a great job of making a space collaborative to share knowledge, without it having to become a permissionless wild west. If you want to have general simple notes, they are much easier. If you are a tech geek who loves challenges, Notion is your playground. Pros Notion is my digital brain. I can keep everything in one place—from daily to-dos to big work projects. How flexible and easy it is to use has been quite cool; without it, I can't work. I found my experience very good with the concept of everything I like, from real-time updates to use for project management Pros You can create your templates and add only what you need for each project, so you can easily organize everything well in one place and increase transparency across your team. Concepts helped centralize project management, documentation, and knowledge base in one place. Cons Some team members find it a little hard to start with. It took some time to get the whole team to adapt using Noseun. Even if it's affordable, paid plans don't really help freelancers much compared to Free Notion. Review Source Simple R. But it does require a lot of maintenance and upkeep to stop it from becoming really messy. Pros The design of the software is excellent and the user interface is very pleasant. This makes it easy to use on a regular basis, which is essentially for a piece of software like this. Cons Notion can get too complicated too quickly, and they also pulled over $800 worth of credits on my account with no explanation or notice. That's what made me stop using the product in the end.
