It is very complete and allows for many different experiences as an editor and as a reader. It is very friendly to other tools as well which makes it perfect as a platform to centralise information and knowledge. Pros The tool is truly comfortable to handle. One has a lot of liberty to compose the folders and pages as it best fit the need of the project, initiative, team or message one wishes to convey. Content is also quite easy to find which makes the administration and transfer of knowledge very very easy too. Another fantastic thing is the fact that one can connect many other tools and use them for the articles enhancing their quality. Cons Sometimes, manipulating certain elements of the tool, in particular elements of an article such as a table, is uncomfortable. Moving them around in a page or making the content fit adequately to it is not so easy. Sometimes, as well, some features or settings are spread around somewhat unintuitively. The application came along way in the last couple of years with a lot of innovative ideas having said that not having an off-line version is a big problem for many users in the last two years. Their servers one off-line twice as far as I know, and during that time do users cannot access any of their data for several hours for someone that is using the platform for any serious business. In addition, I really like that each document can incorporate multiple documents of different characteristics and get creative aspects too, like emojis and pictures to assign to a certain file, as it will be easy to recognise each file once they are all down the list Cons The only aspect that I find in Notion a disadvantage is that the complexity of the platform may be hard for some people that are not familiar with high-standard data processes.
