### "A one stop solution for complete customer management"

April 7, 2024

5.0

It has been really fun seting up, intergrating with all of our other services - and very simple to. It's plug and play and you're good to go.

Pros

Notion has evolved incredibly over the years. With more and more intergrations, it lies at the central core of our customer journey. Providing complete up-to-date real time data, collaboration tools. active monitoring to name just a few. Acting as a complete solution for our needs, it also serves as a convenient database housed under one roof. Add to that the versatility of Notion, there's not much that cannot be achieved.

Cons

As I mentioned. above, for everything that you can do in Notion, its difficult to fault. Even the pricing is very fair.

### "Great for taking any type of notes"

April 11, 2024

5.0

My main use for Notion is for taking notes on my work clients for me to remember all key details about them. I also use Notion for personal use, such as meal planning and for vacations itinerary.

Pros

The best part of Notion is how customizable this can be depending on if you need to track work assignments or school notes. The AI feature for writing can be so useful when you need to ask for definitions when taking notes or if you need to add an statistic but you forgot the exact number.

Cons

The set up is hard, its a system that if you don't know how to use it can be hard to navigate.

### "powerful for large projects, visual organization and very fast "

August 1, 2023

5.0

I started a few years ago in notion and every day it has more options and the information is better related, so it is becoming a very complete tool to manage projects from the beginning to the end.

Pros

The thing I like most about notions is that in a few hours you can organize a lot of material and the other workers can access and understand all the information and the most important think is thatc olleagues can use it without prior knowledge in notion

Cons

The thing I like least about notions is that sometimes it is difficult to find the tool you need since there are many options, but I prefer that than not having options

### "Great for Content Creators"

September 24, 2023

5.0

I would say overall I recommend this software. It's been great for tracking content.

Pros

I stumbled alone this software from another content creator when I was working for myself and some other clients. It was a great way to manage creative ideas and see them through to fruition. Youre able to track progress, schedules, and workflow all in the same place. You can even save your documents to your task to come back to as a sort of queue.

Cons

It wasn't super easy to figure out, but I was able to use the content creator's template and instructions to navigate. It's not impossible to figure out it just takes time like any other software.

### "Having used so many other tools this one has changed my business goals"

September 1, 2023

5.0

Pros

Notion keeps me on track. I generate a lot of content and documentation for my client projects and keeping up with the dozens of pieces that I need to produce and share each week would never succeed without Notion.

Cons

Two things: Notion is hard to get started with. I had to go back early on and redo many of my initial ideas of working with Notion. Templates are a good way to get started. Secondly, you must be connected to the internet for Notion to work. I travel a lot and work in places where internet availability is not always guaranteed.

### "All-in-one"

July 14, 2023

Fantastic experience overall and has made many of our business processes much leaner.

Pros

Notion can be used in almost any way you want. It's a note-taking, project-planning, task completing superstar and should probably be part of your software stack. We run most of our company through Notion and have no intention of moving to anything else for the foreseeable future.

Cons

It takes a short while to get up to speed with what Notion can do and that can be tricky for new starters.

I genuinely love Notion for its versatility, and I'm committed to continuing my usage to stay organized and productive

Pros

I mostly like about Notion how it offers a range of templates designed for various purposes, including note-taking, task management, brainstorming, and more

### "I'm literally obsessed with Notion"

August 22, 2023

5.0

I'm more productive, organized, and using fewer tools to be productive and organized. Notion replaced five other programs that I was using. I'm saving time and money - what's not to love?

Pros

I like the flexibility of Notion. As a creative, Notion is the only platform of it's type that gives me the freedom to set up my environment the way I want so that when I'm working in Notion, it feels like I'm working in MY space and not someone else's.

Cons

Notion gets better all the time, there are more integrations I'd like to see and I'd love even more customization options, but I know they're coming so these aren't cons so much as my own personal patience issues.

### "Notion is a fully customizable project-management solution"

April 1, 2024

5.0

Overall I am very pleased with Notion, as we have successfully built a functional project management system that serves as a well-oiled system for managing our company's workflow. The pricing is significantly less than well-known alternatives.

Pros

I like that Notion allows full customization in building the databases, and does not force you into a pre-determined template like other project management systems. While the trade-off is more time spent up front learning how Notion works and building out the templates, it is worth it to have everything tailored to your business.

Cons

The biggest drawback was the time it took to build out our Notion databases, and figure out how we should do it. There was a learning curve, and we are continually figuring new things out. Also, we really wish Notion and Google Calendar would sync, because Notion's Calendar lacks the functionality and aesthetic qualities of Google.

### "Perfect for storing important information and using it as a browser."

July 29, 2023

5.0

Notion is beneficial to train new employees and to use when your company manages a lot of information and updates. It may be used as a wiki and has a search bar to look for all the content you need. The best is how organized it is and the fact that your employees will not have to memorize everything. It is like a browser, but with the company's information you want to be available for your employees.

Pros

Notion is easy to use and very intuitive for new users. It may be used as a wiki for your company's information, so your employees do not have to memorize everything. They just go to the search bar and look for the content they need. Also, Notion is simple to use for administrators when adding new information; editing text feels just like any other online Google Doc.

Cons

Notion should add the capacity to have all the information offline, in case you do not have a stable internet connection (or for any contingencies). Also, the full-text search feature has an improvement opportunity as even when you type the specific words your wiki has, it appears as if the information didn't exist.

### " A Game-Changer in Digital Experience - My Notion Experience"

October 13, 2023

5.0

Pros

I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts on Notion, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of a game-changer for me. From the moment I dived into Notion, I was greeted by this sleek and intuitive interface that felt like a breath of fresh air. The flexibility it offers is simply mind-blowing - my notes, tasks, and projects finally found their perfect digital home. One thing I absolutely love is how Notion adapts to my unique way of organizing things. It's like having a personal assistant that understands my quirks and preferences. Whether it's creating a comprehensive to-do list or drafting out my latest brainstorm, Notion effortlessly molds itself to my writing style. And the collaboration features? Pure genius. Working on group projects has never been smoother. Real-time updates and the ability to seamlessly share ideas - it's a collaborative dream come true. But here's the kicker: databases. They've turned data organization into an art form. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to watch my information neatly structured and easily accessible. What's even cooler is the variety. Need a sleek to-do list? There's a template for that. Planning a trip? There's a template for that too. Notion has undeniably become my go-to digital workspace. It's not just an app; it's become an integral part of my daily routine.

Cons

Now, don't get me wrong; Notion is this expansive canvas where I can pour out my thoughts and organize my chaos beautifully. But, and there's always a but, when it comes to formatting, I find myself yearning for a bit more freedom.

Reason for choosing Notion

Templates, community

Notion is literally solving my every problem. It gives me feature to journal my life to take my notes to manage my team. It also provides to do list and calander features. So overall it the all in one solution for every problem.

Pros

Literally everything, Its flexibility and customisability, organisation and collaboration power and so many templates inbuilt or external, or flexibility to design your own.

Cons

Nothing at all, its just Notion need internet to load pages in desktop every time. Notion should have feature to save the page locally in pc or laptop without internet for personal pages at least.

### "The only 'notebook' I'll ever need"

November 21, 2023

5.0

Notion found a way into my heart by mimicking my life-long habit of pen & paper notes. As this became very difficult to maintain any kind of order..

Pros

That it feels (looks) like I am writing on pages of paper. I am used to write with pen and paper my whole life, and that's why other note-taking apps didn't work for me. But when I discovered Notion, the transition was so much more seamless.

Cons

Probably the app that is constantly lagging and crashing on the phone. That's why I stopped using it on the phone.

### "Notion is a powerfull tool with many features, but sometimes it is too much."

November 13, 2023

4.0

Pros

Notion offers a lot of features and tools to organize and publish your content. It is not just a note app, it includes databases than allow you to query your data and everything you need. You may use it for yor personal or work life. It has many templates and a huge community where you will be able to find whatever you like. There are many videos on youtube explaning how powerfull Notion is and how can you configure it to meet your goals. I recommend this tool because it fits for many people and the free tier is enough for almost everybody.

Cons

I feel Notion interferes too much in my flow. I am used to have noting apps that give you the basics and you can build your own flow using them, no learning curve. Notion offers a lot of features and this means it has a learning curve and many ways to organize your content. I sometimes feel I invest more time in configuring the views, changing them from tables to lists, etc. just to have something beautiful when I just need a blank page and a checkboxes to organize my tasks.

Cons

### "Possibly the most popular knowledge management tool, but privacy concerns"

April 26, 2023

3.0

Notion is quite powerful and very popular tool. But perhaps one can easily get too lost in configuring and templating their spaces instead of just using the core function of documentation. I'm no longer using it because of privacy issues.

Pros

One of the strengths of Notion is its flexibility. Users can create databases, tables, and lists with ease, and customize them with different views, filters, and sorting options. The platform also allows for rich media embedding, so users can add images, videos, and files to their notes and pages. It has a very generous education discount for both students and teachers.

Cons

While Notion is highly customizable, this can also be a weakness for some users. The platform's flexibility means that users need to spend a considerable amount of time setting up and configuring their workspace to meet their needs, which can be time-consuming and distracting. There are also privacy concerns. I remember a few reddit threads where users requested for support and they were surprised how easy it was for them to access their workspace after giving verbal/textual permission.Performance is also an issue. Complex or large workspaces can be extremely slow.

### "Organizzare la proprio vita in una sola app"

August 4, 2023

5.0

### "Notion is the one stop shop that will transform the way you work. "

December 5, 2023

5.0

The Wiki features, pages, databases, and embed features allow for deep levels of clear organization of everything any team member needs to know about our company, products, and project plans. Task and project management is made easy with Notion templates. We were able to replace a project management software. Task and project management being in the same app as our knowledge base/wikis has made our remote work 10x easier and our team significantly more productive. Databases, templates, team settings, and reminders make project planning super easy. Databases can store tons of information, and with filters, sorting, and various views including calendar views, everything can literally be in one place. A dream come true. Everything we need to know about a project, a course we're selling, marketing campaigns, etc. is in one place. For a remote start up company with a short window for onboarding new team members, this is essential. Integrations with other commonly used apps such as Google Docs, Typeform, and Slack make this app the perfect home base. And, the search function is wonderful! We use Google Docs still for long form documents and docs that need to printed or shared as a PDF because the text formatting features in Notion are not for this. BUT, the integration with Google Docs makes this easy and actually - FUN. The ability to manage multiple projects at once is a super easy in Notion. Use databases that you can highly customize this for your business needs, or use templates from thousands of other Notion nerds (or Notion creators themselves) to get started. We are working on about 45 different "projects" right now, that all have different needs. Using Notion's project management features, we can see all of the info that we need to at once, to manage our departments working cross-functionally and various team member's assignments productivity. We use our project list as the agendas for our weekly meetings and the individual task views as our guide for our one-on-ones with team members and supervisors, and it keeps us highly productive and efficient! We can take detailed notes right inside of a task, or leave comments for each other to keep a nicely organized "paper trail." Slack integrations help us stay notified of the most important things at the right times. Lastly, the professional and neat use of emojis has my inner 90s kid that loves stickers, extremely happy.

Pros

What is there not to like? It's a brilliant app that is highly customizable, ensuring that you can meet the needs of your business, team and clients included. I do everything in Notion from planning my day, to planning projects, managing team tasks, taking meeting notes, keeping track of budgets, using it as a CRM for clients, using it as a wiki space for everything that goes on in our company, keeping meeting notes, creating public landing pages for sharing important details with clients or prospective employees (without having to design an webpage), and even integrating it with other commonly used apps such as slack, Google docs, Typeform, LucidChart, and literally - hundreds more. The new AI features are so incredible - it's like having chat GPT built in, but it uses info in the content in your spaces and pages already instead of you having to "teach" it. Incredible! I love this app so much!

Cons

Using Notion to max capacity takes a bit of time and effort. Self-taught learners will have no problem diving right in, typing "/" and exploring all that Notion can do. Databases take a bit of time to learn as well, but the functionality is worth every bit. Luckily, there are some wonderful expert trainers on youtube and published by Notion itself that will help you and your team learn quickly. Also, I am looking forward to seeing more updates for the ipad version of the app so that I can use my apple pencil to take notes more easily. Also, the databases don't exactly replace Excel/Google Sheets, but the integrations with those apps are sufficient. The ONLY other con is not really a con, but a limited functionality that is intentional - there are not many features included for text editing. We still use Google docs frequently for "documents", especially those that need to be turned into a PDF or otherwise require more text editing features (word document style). This is on purpose, though. I think this helps keep the interface and experience very clean and uniform. BUT, Notion creators have wonderful ways of being creative with the limited functionality here!

Nothing compares to Notion. It can do everything! Airtable has a tiny bit more functionality in some areas, but I wouldn't be surprised if Notion catches up complete. We decided to save almost $1000 a month by switching to Notion for our database needs almost a year ago, and since then Notion has come out with some incredible updates that make the switch that much more worth it. For project management, nothing is a simple, customizable, and user friendly, as Notion.

### "Our digital workplace (it made me forget the Microsoft stack, to which I never want to return!)"

May 25, 2023

5.0

It’s just great that it creates the feeling that the whole team collaborates continuously.

Pros

It’s one platform with a huge amount of hyperlinked and metadated content. Content in its databases is presented in an unlimited number of filtered views - anyone gets served, based on only one truth that recycles the data. The AI component is really added value: it helps me translate, write letters, write documentation; it helps me think! And it even acts as a coach for me!!It also offers you the possibility to present your information in beautifully designed ways.

Cons

I can understand that some find it too dynamic, when they are used to the Microsoft files in folders, or the ‘my desktop’-world. Here you are always “together” —- collaboration is in the dna of Notion. Welcome to the 21st century!

Reason for choosing Notion

I could set up a number of use cases in a very fast way - so I got off and it didn’t stop…
