Honest­amente, Notion es de esas herramientas que una vez que la integras en el día a día no entiendes cómo trabajabas sin ella. Para nosotros ha sido el punto de orden que necesitábamos: toda la documentación operativa en un mismo lugar, accesible, viva y actualizada. El equipo lo ha adoptado bien y eso, al final, es lo que más importa.

Pros

Llevábamos tiempo buscando un sitio donde centralizar todo el conocimiento interno del equipo sin que acabara siendo un cajón de sastre. Notion lo resuelve de verdad. La flexibilidad para organizar la información a tu manera — con bases de datos, documentos, tablas, vistas — hace que puedas construir algo que realmente se adapta a cómo trabaja tu equipo, no al revés. Editar es cómodo, enlazar páginas entre sí es muy natural, y cuando alguien nuevo llega al equipo, tener todo ahí estructurado marca una diferencia enorme.

Cons

Al principio cuesta un poco arrancar — si no dedicas tiempo a estructurar bien los espacios desde el inicio, puede volverse caótico rápidamente. La búsqueda interna a veces falla cuando tienes mucho contenido acumulado. Y las integraciones con otras herramientas están bien, pero se quedan a medias en algunos casos.

### "My Daily Second Brain"

The benefit of Notion is intellectual centralization. I no longer have to look for a piece of information in a Google Doc, another in my emails, and a third in a spreadsheet. All my knowledge lives in the same place, which beautifully clarifies my thinking.

Pros

The flexibility is absolute. I can link a meeting note directly to a task, which itself is linked to a client file. The block-based writing is a pure joy and allows for the creation of gorgeous, perfectly organized internal wikis.

Cons

The flip side of the coin is the blank page syndrome. Because Notion can do everything, it does nothing "out of the box." I had to spend hours building my own templates. Furthermore, for pure project management with strict Gantt charts and teams of over 20 people, it quickly becomes a beautiful mess if everyone doesn't strictly follow the rules.

Iv used notion for about 3 years over any other planning apps and i like the layout and the choice of layouts that gives me the options to customise how i want. Also i use that to plan my weeks and my days, it is the platform i use the most.

Pros

I like Notion because of its ease of use and its dashboard where i can be organised and track exactly what I am doing especially the fact i am a small business owner.

Cons

Theres nothing i dont like about notion apart from i kind of wish they had an option for a template to use for Daily To-do list so you can customise it to you own liking.

It is simple and allows so much successful productivity. The toolbar is simple and didnt take i long time for me to self learn

Cons

I like least the availability to colour the page for captivating webpage purposes and sometimes the tool bar disappears

It is cost effective and simple to use, especially for documentation purposes, but not ideal for complex workflow management.

Pros

like that Notion is very flexible and easy to customize. It helps to organize information like manufacturing process notes, reagent details, and documentation in one place. It is good for maintaining records of change orders and QA-related information like lyo beads reports. The interface is clean and more user-friendly compared to other tools.

Cons

Sometimes it is not as strong for structured workflows like ticketing systems. It does not provide advanced tracking or automation.

Genuinely useful in work - a lifesaver for personal admin. Once i started working with the notion API and automating inputs & coupling with agentic ai, documentation and queries where great.

Pros

Cross team collaboration. Having a document space, that serves as a record and a live document is amazing with remote teams. It makes async RFC's genuinely colloborative

Cons

I dont love the fact notion AI massively increased the cost when i looked into it. Although it was a dream to have an ai with access to our documentation - the same thing can be achieved quite easily using MCP products.

Notion is one of the greatest workspaces, for small teams it's excellent in terms of connectivity and visualisation. Databases are seamlessly integrated, everything works properly!

Pros

Notion is and was, the most versatile and easy to use workspace solution for us. We started using it around 3 years now and... we will keep using it! It combines databases and it is as easy to use as saying ABC... a gem to us.

Cons

Some missing aspects, nothing major but sometimes we had to document ourselves more just to find out "ah it does that too"

Overall, Notion is a fantastic software, especially for what we do as a business. The AI features are second to none, and the way you are able to integrate team members, collaborate on projects, and just organize everything from everyday business expenses, to events, as the task management features, it is such a crazy cool software.

Pros

Notion provided an fantatic value for the money in that it does everything we need it to do, regarding our workflow with our business. It's always easy to use, and allows us to collaborate with our team, syncs data instantly, and is always coming out with new updates.

Cons

Sometimes Notion can become a little confusing in the interface, but once I integrated Notion AI, things were able to be less confusing.

J’aime utiliser Notion car c’est plus simple, je peux importer mes notes en pdf ou au contraire envoyer des documents qui sont automatiquement convertis (csvou markdown).

Pros

Notion a juste été comme je l’espérais. J’étais plus utilisatrice de Microsoft Word et des applications de Todo, mes tâches étaient séparées et pas dans un système de suivi. Notion a résolu ce problème avec sa plateforme tout-en-un. J’y enregistre notes, listes de souhaits, tâches, ma vie en général.

Cons

J’ai mis un peu de temps à comprendre certaines fonctionnalités comme les relations entre bases de données et pas seulement car certains usages comme le font certains modèles me sont toujours inaccessibles.

L'hyper personnalisation de l'outil. Les possibilités de paramétrage, de d'automatisation, de rangement, de personnalisation, etc. sont nombreuses afin de rendre l'outil pratique à utiliser et adaptée à nos besoins.

Cons

Trop de possibilités de peuvent rendre l'outil complexe à utiliser, il faut donc garder à l'esprit l'objectif que l'on souhaite atteindre avec Notion et éviter le superflu

I love it. It’s one of those tools people tend to either love or not get at all, but for me, it just clicks. For small or growing companies, I think it’s the perfect tool to start building internal structure, processes, and documentation in a way that evolves as you grow. The AI integration is also a great plus — it helps you stay focused and get quick support without leaving the app. And you have tons of templates, from other users and from Notion directly to use and start working.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use. You can set up entire sites, wikis, and organize company wide documentation without needing any technical knowledge. As a Team Leader, it’s been incredibly useful to centralize all the information my team might need in one easy access space. I also appreciate how quickly new users can pick it up. You can build anything from task boards and meeting notes to onboarding guides and project trackers.

Cons

In the free personal version, there are some limitations on how much content you can share or how many collaborators you can add. This makes it harder to use for things like planning trips with friends or managing shared content with family. Since I’m already used to planning everything in Notion, needing to switch to other tools for these use cases can be a bit frustrating.

good. started using it on 2020, and became my go to tool for personal productivity since then. ive proved many others, but i sticked with notion for its ease of use eventhough i became an advanced user

Pros

its easy to use. it lets you build your own stuff the way you like it. its very flexible, so can be used for different use cases.

Cons

mobile app fails sometimes. it doesnt load the opened page. and its somewhat slow at loading. its not perfect at everything, and isnt specilized at note taking, either low code app development, but its still a balanced solution

Notion is a great collaborative, real-time platform that allows us to work as a remote team without any ambiguity or missing information. It’s simple to use, but it can also do a lot.

Pros

Notion is our all in one intranet, planner, documentation system, note taker, and so much more. We use it to create public-facing pages as well, allowing external parties to have access to content when needed.

Cons

As with most other modern business software, the thing I like the least is that Notion tries to push things like AI heavily, when there’s so much saturation in the market already. Almost every platform or software we use is trying to push their AI solution, and it gets frustrating.

Notion è estremamente versatile: permette di gestire note, documenti, database e task in un unico strumento. La possibilità di personalizzare completamente le pagine e creare sistemi su misura è uno dei suoi punti di forza. Ho apprezzato molto anche la collaborazione in tempo reale e l’integrazione tra diversi tipi di contenuto.

Cons

All’inizio può risultare un po’ dispersivo, soprattutto per chi non ha già una struttura in mente. Alcune funzionalità avanzate richiedono tempo per essere padroneggiate e, con database molto grandi, può diventare leggermente meno fluido

Notion has been great for our team, it is easy to learn, great interface, and I can login from my computer and phone!

Pros

This may be the greatest task management and special projects software ever created. Our company has a master list of 70 tasks due for a project that each of our team members is assigned to. We date when the task has started and when it is done. There is a lot of automation that we have not even scratched the surface of.

Cons

I think Notion is amazing but their AI assistant could use some more work. I used it when it first came out and its task automation was not great and then I hit a pay wall for wanting to use it more. Would love an unlimited conversation AI later.

Overall a wonderful app/website for do it all workspace features that is limited by its AI integrated features and need for a premium model.

Pros

Amazing do it all workspace for task management, team and project collaboration, note taking, and scheduling. The dashboard is clean and helpful and easy to use. Decent value for money for free version, did not use the premium version or customer support.

Cons

The premium version was a little polarizing to deal with as many blocked features would seem free but in actuality are not. Additionally their inclusion of AI features became disruptive and annoying to deal with as I ignored them and did not need them.

La gestion projet est simple sur notion. Il est facile de créer une base de données “Projets”, d’ajouter des propriétés: date, assignation, Etat et plein d’autres.

Cons

Il est souvent impossible de retrouver la dernière modification dans le gestionnaire de versions, ça sert juste à retrouver des versions d’au moins un jour.

Great experience so far with notion as I can use this for personal work and larger program management tasks.

Pros

Notion allows me to stay organized not only to myself but also other team members via the different page types and formatting available. The AI function is helpful for improved writing and general structure of format.

Cons

What I liked least about notion is that there is no video call function with team members. There is already an email associated with making a notion page so using some calling feature can help provide new lines of communication.

Notion ist wie ein leeres, verschachteltes System, das dem Nutzer völlige Freiheit gibt, seinen Arbeitsbereich nach seinen eigenen Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Das kann ein Vorteil sein, wenn man weiß, was man tut, und weniger vorteilhaft, wenn man gerne an die Hand genommen wird.

Cons

Wenn man die KI-Funktion oder die Business-Version testet, ist es nicht ganz einfach, wieder zurückzuwechseln oder das Abo zu kündigen.

It's been great to use notion for personal and professional organization. Once I set up my account, it's been easy to focus on getting things done instead of struggling with a system.

Pros

Notion really is like a second brain for me. I am able to quickly and efficiently organize everything from vacations, to complex work projects. It took some getting used to but, now it's become second nature.

Cons

I didn't like that there wasn't a native messaging feature for working with others. However, I believe there was a recent update to address this but I have yet to check it out.
