I have used it to organize different projects, keep track of information and create a structure around things that would otherwise be spread across different documents. I like that I can start with something simple and keep building it as the project grows. Once everything is set up, it makes it much easier for me to see what I am working on and where everything belongs. Pros I really like how flexible Notion is. I can have completely different projects in the same place and organize each one differently depending on what I need. I especially like being able to create pages, databases and trackers and connect information instead of having everything scattered across different places. Cons Sometimes there are almost too many options. I can start trying to organize something simple and end up spending more time creating the perfect setup than actually working on the project. Cons I wouldn't say Notion is the best team management software though it is very great for project collaboration, managing your software codebase documentation and team collaboration, but I wouldn't say it's best as team and task management software. Because Notion can do everything, it does nothing "out of the box." I had to spend hours building my own templates.
