### "Perfect for the perfectionist trying to manage work/life"

November 25, 2023

5.0

Pros

All the feature on desktop and app. Being able to create databases and change the view from calendar to timeline to table depending what is needed at the time and then change back is super handy. The range of templates is really helpful.

Cons

Not much to say negatively about the app. Maybe more options for customising visually?

### "Best Free Multi-Function Note Taking App"

July 13, 2022

5.0

I have tried too many note-taking apps, but Notion is unique, it allows me to manage my entire life, and it provides me a value that some other paid apps can not provide, I use it on a daily basis.

Pros

The content and database management features are awesome, the way you can structure the page is totally flexible, sharing notes and templates can not be easier, and there are no limits on ideas that you can make for managing your database.

Cons

the phone app is not so powerful, there are a lot of features that may be overwhelming to you, the security for this software is not %100 great, and sometimes when I use a long text page it some lags happen.

### "Notion has been created a great motion in my growth."

October 7, 2023

5.0

My overall experience has been amazingly good and every time I have stuck due to some issue, I turned to Notion page for the solution. I have seen my manager using it to direct us all regarding particular piece of information, its a time saving tool and efficient as well.

Pros

I can say from day one of my job, I have used notion in one or other way. Being in profession like banking you come across N number issues and doubts, so I have got access for notion through my work place and for every topic related to our job and career has a particular page in notion, its seems to be a one stop for all doubts. One of the most desirable feature is you get each and every information under one page, which seems super convenient and easy to me.

Cons

Talking about cons, I don't feel there is much I have noticed since I have started using it in May 2023, I would say using more pictorial presentation for some processes can make it even more better.

### "Notion in Motion"

December 8, 2023

4.0

All in all. From my plans in class, to personal getaways, notion helps me to get on track.

Pros

Notion did not just give me space to organize my thoughts but also help me to focus on them. As a forgetful teacher, I always forget things from lessons, curriculums to checkables. Notion helped me to visualize things in clearer manner.

Cons

I think it's somehow difficult to be used in first try. I'm having a hard time in personalizing.

### "Notion is a revolutionary knowledge management and project planning/tracking tool"

January 13, 2023

5.0

Overall, my experience with Notion has been exemplary. I use it daily to manage just under a hundred clients and hundreds of pages of technical documentation for our agency.

Pros

Love the building block approach combined with subtle but powerful features that allow you to build different workflows for the different kinds of uses needed in a complex, fast-moving organization.

Cons

While I love the "database" capabilities (i.e., data-intelligent tables) that serve a variety of needs, I would like to see more component-based and context-aware features, such as tasks that are not embedded as tables but that can be scattered through documents like comments, but centrally managed on their own.

### "The best copilot one can have"

May 25, 2023

5.0

Learning how to use Notion has been the best knowledge gainer. The page in page in page feature is simple yet so useful.

Pros

Think of any feature you want and Notion will have it. With AI support it has become even better. The money spent here is the best investment.

Cons

There are so many options that it can get slightly daunting to keep track of.

### "Notion is a lifesaver for entrepreneurs with ADHD"

December 17, 2020

5.0

Pros

As an entrepreneur, Notion has been a dream come true for its knowledge management functionality and ease of use. As someone with ADHD, Notion has been a lifesaver for me to create \*custom\* layouts and workflows that best fit how my brain operates. I love being able to customize my workspace in a way that helps keep me organized and focused - something very challenging for me! Everyone has a unique way in which they operate that allows them to work productive and efficient and Notion gives people freedom to create the workspace and workflow that is custom fit to our unique needs. And there are so many customizable templates to start off with so you don’t even have to create from scratch if you don’t want to. One of my favorite features is how you can change the view of the data you’re looking at. You can view the same data in an image gallery view, in kanban columns, in a table, on a timeline, or in a calendar view. Many notion users, myself included, like that Notion allows you to create a life operating system - a series of workflows that allow you to stay aligned, organized, and focused on making progress on the life you’ve designed for yourself (business & personal).

Cons

I love Notion so much it’s hard to think of flaws.

### "Notion Review."

November 20, 2023

4.0

Pros

I like the simplicity of using this product. I appreciate that the design is inherently minimalist, and it's up to you to decide how your document will look in the end. I also like that many companies, instead of labor-intensive solutions like websites, opt for creating a knowledge base in Notion to introduce the company to users.

Cons

I don't like that even though there is interface customization, it's still very standard. You can't deviate from the Notion format and move towards the Notion + me format. You'll still be stuck with Notion one way or another.

### "Perfect work environment for a small team & personal management"

September 23, 2022

5.0

Notion is great to use for personal use or in small teams. It's easy to collaborate but sometimes hard to navigate. The free tier offers enough to get you started and Notions plans are quite affordable too.

Pros

Notion is extremely versatile and capable. It allows you to design & setup your own workflow, to-do lists, databases, notes and a lot more. Notion also has a large online community where you can find templates to copy, formulas, ideas and you can quickly get help. I use it for personal day to day management and in a small team as project management hub.

Cons

Because of the versatility there is a lot you can do with Notion. Knowing where to start and how to setup your first pages can be a bit daunting, as there is a learning curve with Notion. However due to the large community there are templates you can copy to get started, if you know where to find them. Notion is capable for a lot of things, but isn't advanced enough to replace some other database or word processing tools.

### "Notion is a winn"

August 17, 2023

5.0

SOOO happy about this product. I was using Microsoft OneNote before and I've switched everything over to Notion now.

Pros

Everything honestly. From the new added AI features to the ready made templates, notion is EVERYTHING. I cancelled my other social media calendar schedulars and now I use Notion as my SM calendar for my clients! Keeps me on track with what events they have coming up, what posts to create/win. ANNNND my clients are able to access Notion and approve or update caption ideas!

Cons

Sometimes getting the right template can be a little cumbersome.

### "Notion is a must use software."

May 5, 2023

5.0

Notion has been one of the most used sites in my workflow.

Pros

I use Notion on an almost day to day basis, and I have to say that Notion is close to perfect for a reliable, easy to use, and very functional note taking/planning site. I have recommended to many other people on countless occasions to use Notion, as I truly believe it is one of a kind for all around best sites for this need.

Cons

Notion started out a couple years ago in development, when it was a little patchy at times, but over the past year it has exponentially gotten much better and amazing to use.

### "This tool has helped me a lot, it has allowed me to be more productive"

May 25, 2023

5.0

There really is nothing I don't like. I would give it 100 points out of 100. I recommend everyone to create an account. I use it daily and for all types of work, personal, academic and professional.

Pros

What I love is that the potential is infinite. Everything is customizable, everything is flexible. I don't know how much to emphasize how incredible it is that everything can be customized, that there are endless options, templates, news, etc.

Cons

The only thing I noticed once is that you can't put colors in the calendars (in the blocks) or that the connection with Google Calendar was not good. Asana's could be better. But they are details that do not affect the use that I give to Notion.

Reason for choosing Notion

As I said above, Notion is infinitely better; more competitive, flexible, has more potential for different tasks (galleries, tables, filters, etc., etc.)

### "A powerful tool to manage and organize project, documents, activities, you name it"

December 6, 2022

5.0

I was looking for some tools to manage my freelance activity: a solution for my personal knowledge management and my projects and tasks, a time tracker for my activities and customers, etc.: I found everything, and much more, in Notion. Its flexibility and power allows to design, build, manage and adjust all your need, without the rigid structure of a (number of) database(s).It deserve the time you need to spend to explore e discover its power: you won't regret it.

Pros

Simple yet powerful, affordable with a generous free tier, can be used to effectively manage a wide number of tasks, project, activities, content

Cons

The real power of Notion lies under the hood: advanced relations, links and database functions need study: not a really steep learning curve, but still one that needs time and attention.

### "Very Powerfull and Not Just for notes"

January 14, 2023

I think this application is living, I can't say fully developed. But for this time If I compare this product with others, it's free and offer really good templates.

Pros

I can tell you that Notion is a freeware and it has a big community. Full-text search is really powerfull and meaningfull. Easy to with well defined templates, and highly flexible.like Freemium pricing

Cons

I didn't see any limitations. Freemium pricing is good but on the other hand sometimes I want to see some good features with price.

### "Notion for Second Brain"

November 11, 2022

5.0

I am using Notion as my second brain for a long time. It is an awesome piece of software, the presentation is beautifull, even the ideas like "notion wallpapers", small but so cute and meaningful. You are awesome guys, keep going please.

Pros

I think I like everything about Notion. It is the first app I am really happy. I tried evernote and other similard software, but Notion totally wins on every place.

Cons

It would be great if the calendar would be somehow sychronizable with google calendar. Or maybe if it would work similarly I would happily use the one in Notion. Now I have to combine these two.

I switched from paid plan on Evernote and haven't looked back. I got us to switch from Monday and Evernote. Best decision. I even have a personal paid acct but I think most of it is free now.

### "Notion for college students"

April 1, 2023

4.0

Up to now, it has been very fruitful since it has helped me to create an optimal and efficient calendar and timetable system, however, at first, it was very difficult to understand it and to support it in my day-to-day life.

Pros

Notion offers a wide range of customization and configuration tools, allowing users to create and adapt the platform to suit their specific needs, such as creating a calendar that combines study and work hours.

Cons

For some who are just starting to use, no es notion can be very complicated and sometimes even meaningless, so the number of options and customization that you can do just being a university student can be overwhelming.

### "Notion review "

September 25, 2023

5.0

It was very good, at first, I was a bit skeptical because of the many things it offered, but over time I got used to it and now I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Pros

It's a very good app, good to make a schedule for everything. It can be used for every area of service, from uni students to stay home workers who need to have a clear and simple time table, while they still have de access to the tings they have to do, with a to-do list. They can have it all, since in the app you can create different tabs, linked to each other.

Cons

It's not a very easy app to new users, the amount of things he owns can be overwhelming, since the person doesn't have the basic knowledge to work through it, namely the template parts.
