And I love that I can filter to show what I need to know which makes the view less overwhelming. Cons It would be nice if it integrated with Google Calendar. There is a learning curve to database, relationships and formulas. But it's worth learning to use them. I use it for budgeting, homeschooling, journaling, writing, business planning, future planning, etc.. the list is endless. It's a goldmine. Cons Not one thing. I like it all. It's thorough and flexible. It can be easy, or it can be complicated, just depends on how deep you'd like to go. That's the beauty of it. I still use the communication via live link feature often but for content creation, workflow and knowledge management, notions is by far the BEST! Pros I can use it everywhere. I have it on all my devices and I can get back to where I left off from any device without any issues. Also, being able to turn a page into a live link that I can send to clients/colleagues is a major plus! Cons It does take time to learn the app and there's a learning curve period. Pros I really like using notion because I can build a whole system I need to manage my files, notes, and day-to-day information. I have built my note-taking system on Notion using the database and the pages. I save all the information on notion so it never gets lost again. Search option on Notion is so powerful you can find anything in any page easily which means you don't need to remember where your notes are saved. Cons There is nothing I can write here, but I only wish they have an offline mode on their apps. I like that there is a solid database behind it and that we can visualize that database in so many different ways. Cons As it is so flexible, you can go down the rabbit hole and start imagining all the things you can do and end up doing nothing.
