The flexibility is huge but my favorite part is how you can sync information across multiple places. No more static data, everything modular!! Cons The organization seems really great and they're updating new features all the time, that being said I'm glad they are because there are always a few things I wish I could do in Notion but can't. It has been such an amazing opportunity to get a hold of this software Pros Notion is one of the few collaboration software in the market which plays an amazing role with interactive working and documentation management. The best part of this software is that you can genuinely store your documents and you can write documents, embed links, distinguish headings and subheadings, create code blocks , create quotations and more. Cons Notion has not a single thing to dislike but yeah when there is too much documents associated, the webpage becomes slightly slow. I hope the Devs will surely take note of this in future. It has made a real change in team communication and knowledge data base inside my startup. Pros \- Easy to use - The ways you can use it is beyond imagination - Tables, wiki pages you can even embed things like prototypes inside a page. - Easy to manage teams, and share files inside. - Forget about having your own company site for internal use, this is the thing to have. - The apps for mobile and tablet work so good. I think they should be having more pitch deck templates available. That is the main purpose that draws me to use Notion. Pros I was blown away that Notion has so many functions than those in Coda, in some ways. I can even publish my notes to web. That's amazing! Cons I think they should more templates for different business usage. There are some available and I hope there will be even more in the near future. Yet Notion gives you many great templates to start with and you may find many videos to learn how to use it. Instead of searching for deadlines and instructions in separate documents, I kept all the information centralized. It is very flexible and customizable. And you can use it on your computer and mobile devices. Cons In the beginning, I had to search videos and documentation to use it. It is customizable as any other application, but for that reason, people need to create and configure its pages. If you don't want to customize it, you can use templates. Love the fresh UI, intuitive design (things are where you expect them to be), and helps you stay organized and in fact, has contributed to my productivity—helping me establish a plan rather than procrastinate by trying to create a plan. Lots of customer-indicated functionalities (esp calendar view, list views of notes that allows you to filter and sort, etc.) Cons Nothing big. I absolutely love it. It can be very slow sometimes, and other times it randomly logs me out, but still worth it given how great the use cases are.
