### "Nice for Keeping Everything"

June 11, 2025

5.0

Pros

I like that I can mix notes, tasks, content plans, and even little databases all in one place without it getting messy.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit too long to load, and if you’re not careful it’s easy to overcomplicate stuff with too many pages and links going everywhere.

### "notions review with respect to use of student"

December 8, 2024

4.0

Overall experience with Notion as a student has been very positive. It has been an essential tool for managing my busy academic and extracurricular life. From keeping track of my class schedule and assignments to tracking coding projects and planning for events like college fests, everything is kept in one place with Notion. I like the flexibility of using workflows. For instance, I created myself a personal dashboard with timetable, to-do lists, and deadlines. The feature of being able to link pages and work with templates makes organizing really easy and efficient. Calendar view as well as Kanban boards in general are very useful for visualizing overload and keeping everything under control. However, it had a steep learning curve at the start, and I had to take some time to figure out how to set this one to my specific needs. Moreover, it has terrible offline functionality sometimes. Overall, Notion has significantly improved my productivity, allowing me to balance academics, coding, and extracurriculars effectively. It's a powerful tool that I’d recommend to any student willing to explore its potential.

Pros

For someone like me, juggling coding projects, college schedules, assignments, and extracurriculars like attending fests, Notion has been a game-changer. All aspects of my student life can be streamlined efficiently using the all-in-one workspace provided by Notion. Notion is very flexible. I have created separate pages for my timetable, task management, and coding projects. Customizable templates made it easy to set up a weekly schedule or a Kanban board to track my project progress. The ability to link pages means that I can keep all relevant information—like assignment deadlines and project resources—just a click away. For event planning, like attending or organizing fests, Notion's calendar view is invaluable. It lets me track deadlines, add details of events, and even embed media like posters or schedules for easy reference. Its mobile app ensures I can access my tasks on the go, while the collaboration feature allows me to share notes or project updates with peers. The interface is sleek, and its drag-and-drop functionality makes organizing tasks almost fun. Notion has made a slight learning curve worth it for transforming my workload; it balances academics with coding and fun. It is a must-have for students!

Cons

The biggest challenge faced as a student in steep learning curve is that it is extremely flexible, but you actually have to get to know how to customize it for what you want, be it timetable management or tracking assignments-you find it really frustrating trying to get through features of it and understanding how you can set up an efficient system when you are managing pretty busy student life. Another drawback is its limited offline functionality. Not being able to access or update my notes or schedules without an internet connection can be inconvenient, especially during commutes or when Wi-Fi isn’t available. Besides, Notion sometimes lags and especially slows down when working with large databases or pages filled with content, which hinders the workflow of doing fast updates before a class or an event. Despite all that, once it is installed, Notion is such a powerful app and effort to make.

### "The only workspace i need in notion"

May 19, 2025

5.0

Notion manages my whole digital marketing stack. Rather than manage multiple tools, I make project boards, share briefs with clients and track performance insights all in one place. It’s what keeps our boutique team on the same page and in fighting shape.

Pros

Notion is at the center of my universe from campaign calendars, to creative raining briefs, to SEO content checklists. I love how modular it is & blocks, tables, synced databases it’s all here.

Cons

The mobile app is not quite as snappy as the desktop version, and real-time collaboration with very large files lagged on occasion.

### "Useful for tracking studio sesh's and project notes."

April 30, 2025

5.0

It’s simplified the process of keeping organized across several recording sessions, presentations and post-production activities, allowing us to spend more time creating and less time chasing paperwork.

Pros

I use Notion to track my client work, session notes and production schedules in one place. It’s flexible that way I could use it to write down recording set-ups or to-do list for a mix, or put in invoices, I would make it fit what I needed.

Cons

It can be a bit too open-ended to start, and configuring a workflow that works for a studio takes a bit of trial and error. Mobile editing can feel a bit cramped, compared with desktop.

With Notion, it’s much easier to centralize projects and information. Between pages, databases, and wikis, everything is clearly organized and easily accessible for the team.

Pros

Flexibility is a real plus you can create pages, boards, or lists based on your needs. Real-time collaboration lets everyone track project progress and contribute easily.

Cons

It takes some time to master all the features, and certain options require a paid subscription, especially integrations with AI.

My overall experience with Notion is good.I can blend notes, tasks, databases, and team wikis, replacing many apps.

Pros

I really like how Notion is an all-in-one tool where I can mix notes, databases, tasks, and even wikis into one custom workspace. Real-time collaboration is a game changer. Also AI features for summarizing stuff.

Cons

### "I use it for note taking and planning my life and study."

February 13, 2025

5.0

It is changing the way I organize my life. I used it to organize my wedding, logging everything from vendor contacts to the guest list, and it saved me untold hours. At work, it’s become my collaboration cockpit. An one-stop shop where I replace several tools like Trello and Evernote.

Pros

Notion allows me to build my own workspace that totally fits my needs. For example, I created a project management dashboard with linked databases, task trackers and meeting notes to help my team stay organized around a high-stakes product launch. On top of that, its ability to embed files, videos, and even other apps makes it extremely versatile.

Cons

Although it is powerful, but it can be overwhelming at first. It took me a couple of days to get validation of complex databases and relational properties down. There is also very limited offline functionality, which became a small headache on a flight where I had notes I wanted access to.

### "Outstanding tool to organize marketing campaigns."

May 1, 2025

5.0

It’s kept our marketing team all on the same page across multiple projects, easing hand-overs and reducing multi person chaos.

Pros

Notion is now the place where we keep our campaign calendars, brainstorming notes, content drafts in the bank. I like how customizable it is we have set up templates for ad campaigns, social media planning, and client pitches without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Cons

It’s not as clean when there are too many people editing at once, and older content can be harder to find compared with something like tagging.

### "Notion: The "go-to" task management tool for everyone. "

April 28, 2025

4.0

I use it on a personal level, and also at work. At work, the whole team has access to the premium version, which is definitely a time saver when tackling several internal needs like L&D, documents storing and accessibility, and collaborative tasking. I highly recommend Notion.

Pros

Its versatility. When I first used Notion, a couple of years ago, its visually appealing interface and amount of features caught my attention immediately. Now, it's become even more complete with AI capabilities and several integrations while keeping its intuitive design.

Cons

I think Notion's AI capabilities are okay, but the LLM model it uses to process user's request is a bit behind in comparison with other algorithms.

Its flexibility allows me to track everything from to-do lists to complex databases, all within a single app. It has helped me stay more organized and productive.

The ability to interlink pages and databases makes organizing and accessing information seamless, while real-time collaboration features enable teams to work together effortlessly. Notion's extensive library of templates is a game-changer, providing a head start for everything from project management to personal goal tracking. Additionally, its cross-platform compatibility ensures that your work stays synchronized across devices, making it an indispensable tool for both individual productivity and team collaboration.

### "Useful for linking Database "

June 19, 2025

4.0

Useful when you need a place to tie everything together, docs, tables, whatever. Lets you build your own way of working. But can be a bit much at the start, takes a while to set it how it makes sense

Pros

Nice that you can link it all, easy to manage when it’s set, and Tally makes forms simple without adding extra tools

Cons

If you’re not careful it fills up fast, then you lose time trying to dig out what you put before. Another con, Notion dosn’t sent me notifications for fails payments

### "A whole management system"

August 27, 2025

5.0

Pros

Notion is now a whole management system for every worker and all sizes of business. Smart to create intuitive databases with multiple views. Notion now allows integration with Google account for Gmail and Calendar. It’s a big plus to have all events on Google Calendar and manage emails in Notion style.

Cons

Notion billing system is very weird – after 3 unsuccessful payments, you lose access to all your Notion workspace. Tried Notion AI and lost access to all Notion.

5.0

The experience is overall very positive, and I often find myself missing various features when using other equivalent tools.

### "A flexible and powerful workflow organiser"

April 20, 2025

5.0

I've been really impressed with Notion so far. It is simple to use, the free trial is generous and it is surprisingly flexible and powerful.

Pros

There are a variety of different ways to set up your Notion pages, from simple word processing (headlines, text, images, etc.) to hidden sub-pages (toggles), kanban boards and more. Then you can add powerful elements like databases, tables, checklists, etc. all with multiple options for customisation. Most of the options need only a click to add and elements can be easily dragged to re-order. Unsplash images and icons make for easy visual customisation, so you can really make your Notion pages scannable.

Cons

Very occasionally there are some elements which seem to be hard-wired (e.g. I couldn't add more than 3 workflow statuses on my kanban board, but I have found straightforward workarounds for these issues.

### "Powerful tool for organized people"

December 12, 2024

4.0

It is very powerful if you know what you are doing and you have a clear idea of what you want in your mind, before opening up Notion

Pros

It is very easy to be used, and extremely flexible to let users achieve what they want. Even more flexible and user-friendly than a custom common spreadsheet

Cons

Its flexibility has a downside: it may be too much and leave the user with a sense of not knowing how to proceed, because of the excessive freedom sometimes

### "My operations nerve center in one tab."

April 22, 2025

5.0

Ever since our ops planning moved into Notion, I spend less time hunting down files and more time sculpting client journeys. Our travel packages have become better organized, and team communication has been tightened up, particularly around client preferences and last-minute changes.

Pros

I’ve created an itinerary planner in one workspace, supplier contacts in another, and a shared board where the team updates the trip info. It’s all drag-and-drop and very visual, so it’s easy to see everything at a glance.

Cons

When I’m visiting partners or at the airport, it can feel slow to load on mobile. And if someone isn’t used to tools like this on the team, it takes a little coaching to get them to use it properly.
