Cons Some of the more advanced features of notion require some more guided aids to know they exist such as linking pages to one another or creating an in line element such as a table. The powerful databases also help to keep all of my pages, files, etc.. organized. I also like all of the templates that are available for use. Cons The learning curve is pretty steep. So, you are free to use, draw, write, make list and more. Everything you can do with a paper notebook, you can do more easily with Notion. Cons It is like a blank page. If you don't like specialization, creating dashboard etc probably Notion will be hard for you. A tool that requires some imagination and effort. Plus, the ability to embed all sorts of content, from calendars to videos, adds a dynamic touch to your pages. It's like a one-stop-shop for staying organized and getting things done. Cons Notion is awesome, but it might take a bit to get the hang of it. Some things can be a bit tricky, especially when you're just starting. If you're using it on your phone, it's good, but not as smooth as on a computer. The free version is cool, but you get even more cool stuff if you pay. And if you've got loads of data in there, it could slow down a bit. It slowed down a lot at my last job. I didn't know this was something I needed. Every person I recommend Notion to is mindblown. My friend's job is considering to buy an enterprise plan because their employees love it so much. I have no doubt this product is going to become extremely popular in 2020. I LOVE NOTION and its community. Pros I'm really good at making spreadsheets. I have a spreadsheet for everything. Notion is like Excel but prettier and intuitive. You can create databases and view them in different formats - table, board, list, calendar with custom filters (Auh-MAY-ziNg). It's advanced enough to create table relations. Also, I love all the prebuilt templates available in the gallery and it's easy to duplicate a template someone else created. It is so intuitive to get started and their documentation is great! Cons It is very annoying and counterproductive when that every time I log in I have to go to my email to copy/paste a unique code then sent me. There is no google calendar hook up! It allows you to have several connections which makes it quite versatile and practical. It also allows you to store the information in databases, which can then be easily extracted. Cons One of the disadvantages that I can highlight is that the learning curve to master the tool 100% can take some time, so you have to be patient if you cannot implement all the functionalities, since it does take time. Cons The rate of development seems to have slowed down. An "API" was at the top of their roadmap a year ago. It still hasn't been delivered, and they've removed public access to their roadmap.
