Notion is amazing for note-taking, creating lists, and organizing information. Its ability to sync across multiple devices is truly a game-changer. The UI is beautiful as well. Cons Honestly, there aren't many things I dislike about Notion. Sometimes the clicking area to activate certain tabs bothers me, (for example, I have to click to the right of the book titles I have in my reading list because if I click on the actual title, it'll try to rename it) but it's minute in comparison to all the powerful tools it does have. You can also use notion to keep track of your finances, upload files, and can be used to take notes or draft documents. Un día no me dejo entrar, no me reconocía ni la cuenta ni la contraseña, escribí en muchas muchas ocaciones y tan solo te responde un robot que te da la misma solución que no conduce a nada, y lo perdí todo, muy cabreado con Notion, y no volveré a tenerlo todo como base de datos. El día a día te llevaba a eso y no pensaba que pudiera fallarme de esta manera, el dinero no es tan importante como la información. But I would rather use the free version of ChatGPT. Pros What I like most about Notion's AI is the seamless integration with the app (at least on the desktop version) the shortcut for activating the AI is simple, and it can provide content based on what is on the notion page. Cons The AI is very limited. As a simple AI assistant, it does a good enough job like ChatGPT. However, given its a Notion integration, its disappointing the AI's scope is only within the current page. It also had trouble interacting with Table databases. The content it provides can also be repetitive even though the style of the prompt changes. When asking to provide links for articles relating to a topic, the links provided are generally wrong. August 24, 2020 5.0 Notion has helped me better organize my life and my notes without having to store my notes in folders on my computer. 10/10 would recommend trying! Pros This software has many features that can help organize notes and to-do lists of any kind. One can easily make folders to hold notes for books, journals, podcasts, financials, etc with the list of templates that are available. I love that I can make a folder for my podcast and book notes, then split that folder up further into the specific podcast, filled with the individual notes from episodes that podcast. The app is available on Mac and on the iPhone, so I can access these notes anywhere. I have also been using Notion for my daily to-do list, which gives the ability to categorize the type of activity you want to finish. For example, in my to-do list folder, I have additional folders for school, working out, etc. that are easily accessible and viewed. Cons At first, it was a little overwhelming to manage, but once you explore the functions, the potential of the software is realized.
