That makes Notion so great. Instead of needing 10 different tools, you only need one. Notion does it all. From keeping track of your reading list or keeping a sleeping journal to managing projects. Pros Notion has a lot of different features! There are so many things you can use it for. From making a website to tracking a project. This diversity of possible uses makes Notion very versatile. Cons All those different features can make Notion a bit hard to use for a first-time user. It can be overwhelming. December 5, 2019 5.0 I love this service. I use it even as my address book. It is my blog, it is my directory of expenses and accesses, my life in notion. Pros This service is complete. Database, briefs, landing page. Wikis, formulas, whatever you can imagine, you can do it. It's simple, clean, I love its dark mode. You can write an article and share the link with other people and you would swear that it is the blog post. Isn't it great? Either way, I'm really impressed with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile tool to help them organize their life. Cons I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got this product but it has so many uses that it can be overwhelming and needs some time getting used to. Cons Markdown capabilites are not enough. Document uploading can be buggy for macos software. Version history is not on the podium so I don't know how to use it efficiently. I feel the interface is to "millenial" for me. Pros It puts in one app all the tools you need: calendar, lists, databases, spreadsheets. Sharing is a piece of cake, user management too. Cons It still is yet to convice me because of some buggy features. When we create a database it creates another pages for each view, messing with my layout structure.
