Notion database helps me create tables and organize many things in my workspace. Reminders are useful for someone like me who procrastinates.

Cons

I think that Notion is bringing more and more annoying options and that ruin the user experience a bit.

It works pretty well for our team size, though the setup phase is a bit of a slog. We moved our sprint planning and documentation into one place, which really helped cut down on all that tool-switching. It’s not perfect by any means, but it beats having to keep up with separate platforms for notes and project tracking. The free tier did the job for a while, but we ended up upgrading once we needed version history for our code snippets.

Pros

I use it for documenting our component libraries and tracking frontend tasks sprint by sprint. Being able to drop Figma files right into the pages is honestly a huge help for keeping the design specs and my notes in one place. Plus, the database views make it easy to filter tickets by priority, so I’m not constantly jumping between different tools. And since it supports Markdown, writing up technical docs is way faster than it was with our old wiki.

Cons

Syncing lag when multiple devs edit the same page is a real headache during standups. The learning curve for setting up relational databases just isn't worth it for smaller teams, it’s too much overhead to manage. The mobile app feels clunky whenever I need to check something quickly during testing. Plus, offline mode is pretty unreliable, which causes real issues when the office wifi gets spotty.

Overall, Notion has been an excellent tool for centralizing information and improving collaboration across our team. We primarily use it to document processes, organize projects, maintain internal resources, and keep important information accessible. Once a good workspace structure is established, it becomes a very effective source of truth for the organization.

Pros

The flexibility is what we like most about Notion. We can use it for documentation, internal knowledge, project planning, meeting notes, processes, and team collaboration without having to switch between several different tools.

Cons

The flexibility can also make the initial setup more complicated. Without a clear structure, workspaces can become cluttered fairly quickly, especially as more team members start creating their own pages and databases.

Pros

Great software. Clear design, and UX. Great for productivity, note-taking, and keeping. Notion AI is also good.

Cons

Not the best when you need to export your page into a PDF, as it's not aligned or the page doesn't look the same as it was on Notion.

Pros

Still really flexible and has great external sharing options. Every time I use another tool I miss the ease-of-use of Notion

Cons

I think a lot of Notion can be superceded by a local Obsidian vault, but only for personal docs. Notion is still the king of collaboration.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Notion. It is flexible and makes it easy to organize work, manage tasks and share information with the team. I especially like having project management and documentation in the same place.

Pros

It is very easy to use and I like how everything can be managed in one place. It is useful for creating notes, managing tasks, tracking projects and collaborating with the team. The templates and customization options are also very helpful.

Cons

It can take some time to understand all the features when you are using Notion for the first time. Sometimes there are too many customization options, which can make things a little confusing.

Pros

What I like most about notion is the ability to create team spaces and integrate other platforms to collaborate on specific projects with my team. Being able to create a task management system for myself really boosts productivity.

Cons

I do not have many complaints about this software I think if you are looking for a way to manage a team and tasks this is a great software paid or free version!

I've been using Notion for over ten years, and I love how I can design anything from scratch, create multi‑tab links, and connect it to AI workflows via the API. It's just great.

Pros

The best thing about Notion is its UI/UX and how it perfectly blends Excel with a note‑taking app. You can pretty much do anything you want.

Cons

Not much, honestly, except maybe the cost if you work on a team. It can get pricey pretty fast when you add team members

The Microsoft tool was overly rigid, preventing me from doing what I wanted.

As I mentioned in the first question, I use it for everything I do: personal and work use. I use it primary in my desktop, but when I need to check or add something when I'm not in home or my office, I can do it with the mobile app, that's works perfectly.

Pros

What I like most about Notion is the flexibility you have to charge and see the information and documentation. You have a tone of functionalities for free, and honestly, I can do it basically all I need without paying a paid license. I use it to organize my personal life, manage different product design and development projects in different ways, and also as a simple notebook. The user experience and user interfaces is simple and great.

Cons

Maybe the learning curve. At the beginning, was a bit hard to understand all the features and how the databases work, but once you got it clear, the pain disappeared.

I love it. I use it daily and it has changed my life for the better. I need notion for so many things in my day to day.

Pros

How it is my wiki and my second brain, I love coming back to documents I've made over the years with powerful and complete data.

Cons

I think their UI could have made improvements over the years. I still don't like that new "items" are pages and not just items..
