so far terrible service, with little to no feedback. This is definitely not what I was hoping for in a company.

Pros

They merge successfully with Zoiper other than that so far i have complete wasted my time waiting for the services i paid for.

Cons

I Paid for the services and i even wrote a ticket because their services still have me in demo mode after payment was received. I tried calling the customer service number, guy male who answered stated he can't assist me with the setup of my account so far, I'm definitely dissatisfied

It's been a great experience overall with nothing really to care about. The service has been rock solid. Even during the DDOS attack that occurred earlier in 2022.

Pros

The ease of setup was fantastic and the documentation that they make for different PBX system makes setup a breeze.

Cons

The customer portal feels a little disorganized to me. I've had to poke around the menus for a couple of minutes trying to find something. Once I submitted a support request to find an option in the website.

Easy to set up and the portal is easy to navigate

Cons

The support with hosted pbx. Sometimes when I need help I have to go back and forth with support between SIP and our phone system provider.

My experience with SIP.US has been very good. We had one minor issue but their customer service was quick to resolve it beyond our expectations.

Pros

The thing that I like most about the software is that it was very easy to deploy.

Cons

So far I don't have any complaints. We have been using it for six months with no real issues.

It was nice to get a trial and test number to make sure everything was working before purchasing the trunk with 3 channels

Pros

It was easy to order and implement had my phone system set up and making outgoing calls in about 1 hour.

Cons

It integrated well with my Mitel had a few issues with registration but not bad

It was easier to install and was simple.

Just not good and then a loss of service for over a week.

Pros

In the US, Free Trial, & Ease of Setup with Free Trial.

Cons

After onboarding more details were given about setup which were not provided during review or implementation of the free trial. After reviewing their FAQs and knowledge base, I reached out to support pertaining to the issues and they were very condescending instead of being empathic to issue and trying to provide assistance.
