Prior to using QuarterOne we were doing our revenue forecasting via an Excel spreadsheet. There was a manual process to try to reconcile this to Hubspot, however this was not effective and wild variations in forecasting was occurring. Since switching to QuarterOne we now have the visibility to see our sales pipeline and integrate into our forecasting tools. Our forecasts are much more robust and any variances are easily understood.

Pros

QuarterOne took a static dollar value from Hubspot and allowed us to phase when the revenue will be earned. It has great flexibility in the way the data is displayed and what fields we want to see and use. The graphs are excellent and are easy to understand and modify. I really like the weekly movement report advising activity that has occurred and graphing the impact.

Cons

Nothing. This product is great. The developers behind the product are responsive to suggested enhancements.

Consolidated forecasting for a multi national multi site business made easy. Compliments HubSpot CRM well.

Pros

Live updates from HubSpot Customisable and easily filtered Avoids need to use excel

Cons

Dashboard is a bit limited Setup needed a bit of trial and error to get configuration right

Pros

Easy of use. Integration with crm. The reporting insights on pipeline and the movement of the pipeline

Cons

Would like some more flexibility with mapping to custom fields. Filtering options are not saved.

The QuarterOne team has been fantastic to work with. They set clear expectations, gave us a detailed walk-through during the trial period, took our feedback, and came up with workarounds for issues we raised.

Pros

We use Hubspot CRM and it is great for reviewing up-to-date pipeline data, but it does not let you look at and compare historical data with the current pipeline. QuarterOne helps us resolve this issue by capturing regular snapshots, allowing easy comparison, and providing helpful graphics to understand how the pipeline has progressed over two different dates.

Cons

The solution is still maturing but it meets our needs at this time.

Pros

The missing link from Hubspot to forecast. Does what you need, as you expect and is intuitive. As former CFO's they knew the need and developed it.

Cons

Does not apply. No leasts, all likes.
