It's not immediately apparent but the plugin makers should make it easier to realize that. However, it is worth the price as it reduces the time connecting who bought what to the CRM. Great support at hand to also help you set up and use the plugin. Pros Reduces redundancy you no longer have to keep data about a customer separately in the CRM and in the store database. Excellent support. Cons Some technical skill is needed to connect Zoho to WooCommerce. We were able to keep a record of all of that. Cons It was a little bit pricy compared to other companies, but it functioned better for us. If we were larger the price maybe wouldve seemed more reasonable. But it worked so well we couldnt pass up on usining it with our online store. It integrated seamlessly with awoocommerce.
