I have used Google classroom as both teacher and student and I rarely found ay bug or issue while using it. It's user friendly interface ever intimidated me but yes It's customer support need to improve a little. Although it is providing great service in education as it is free or takes negligible fee for education.

Pros

Insightful and easy to use interface for both teacher and student. Collaboration feature with Google Drive, Slides or Meet is smooth. Also it allows easy submission and creation of assignments or tests. It is worth every penny.

Cons

It has limited layouts and custom options for courses, also only provide basic features for data analysis. Found issue connecting with customer support at times.

My overall experience with Google Classroom is a positive one, meaning children can continue to learn and get touch points with their teachers throughout adverse times.

Pros

Google Classroom offers great value for money as there is no cost and it is included with your G-suite. As with most Google products it is easy to use and set up, and quick to get going on. It is regularly used by both primary and secondary schools to offer remote learning when schools are closed due to various reasons, taking off during Covid19, providing student and teacher interaction. It's features allow classwork to be easily shared and completed by students who can work independently and collaboratively.

Cons

Although Google Classroom is an excellent alternative for teachers and schools udring closures and does offer that remote face to face option, it can not replace a physical classroom where available, and can mean too much screentime for students.

My overall experience with Google Classroom was excellent. At Drammez Mentorship and Leadership Academy, it helped keep all our training materials, assignments, and mentorship resources organized in one place. Everything was easy to access, whether it was questionnaires, instructions, or weekly tasks. The platform made communication between mentors and students smooth, and the structure kept the entire mentorship program clear and stress‑free. It’s simple, reliable, and perfect for organizing training content in a mentorship environment.

Pros

What I liked most about Google Classroom was how organized and easy it was to use. Assignments, materials, deadlines, and announcements were all in one place, which made training sessions at Drammez Mentorship and Leadership Academy smooth and stress‑free.

Cons

What I liked least is that sometimes files take a bit longer to upload, especially larger documents. It’s not a big issue, but it can slow things down when submitting assignments.

Overall, Google classroom has been a very helpful addition to our school tools making submission and grading (even with comments) super easy!

Pros

Google Classroom has many useful features and options for teachers/students from assignments to announcements to discussion. Integrations to our Gradelink system makes it so teachers can grade in Classroom and it auto-transfers to our SIS. Extremely helpful! The process to return digital submissions can feel a little arduous but once learned is worth the extra step.

Cons

The assignment return process. It seems a bit much but is a necessary step to getting students their files back again.

Overall, Google Classroom is a solid tool that keeps school life a bit more manageable. It’s simple, convenient, and helps cut down on the chaos of juggling different apps and platforms. Even with a few hiccups, it’s still a reliable place to keep track of what you need to do and when you need to do it.

Pros

Google Classroom makes schoolwork feel a lot more organized. Assignments, announcements, and class materials are all in one place, so you’re not digging through emails or random folders. It’s easy to use, loads quickly, and works well on pretty much any device, which is great for students and teachers.

Cons

Sometimes things don’t sync right away, and you might miss a notification or two. Turning in assignments can feel a little clunky, especially when files don’t upload the first time. And if your teacher doesn’t set things up clearly, the whole class page can get confusing pretty fast.

A useful addition to support the teacher’s administration and organisation of a class’ work, especially homework.

Pros

Ability to set tasks for pupils and view what they have done quickly and easily. Pupils can access and work on tasks without issue.

Cons

Sometimes the way this is accessed through Hwb in Wales is awkward but the software itself is useful.

I used Google classroom when I was a classroom teacher, and it really helped students organize their work and be more efficient in completing it. It also eliminated the need to bring physical copies of work.

Pros

It's extremely easy to use, and there are numerous short surveys that teachers can take to improve the quality of the product. There are never any bugs or glitches, and it's highly organized.

Cons

The rubric system can be a little confusing, but I think that's something that can be easily fixed through feedback.
