Martello iQ and LiveMaps helps us to pinpoint quicky where the possible problems are. This is a great time saver and helps us to get our monitoring to the next level.

Pros

You can combine IT data from multiple sources and place it on one screen (single pane of glass). There is also the possibility to automate incidents and create tickets. It's a great tool for a reasonable price.

Cons

You are limited if you want to play with dashboards layouts and text colors. Especially if you are used to Martello LiveMaps. Martello should really merge iQ and LiveMaps...
