Pros The tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Cons The filters are bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of using them they are extremely useful for drilling down into the data you're looking for. It would also be nice to export the graphs within the reporting dashboard into PDF and not just excel. I also use this to perform weekly rounding on newly hired employees in my department to identify what is going well and what are opportunities for improvement. Cons More likely a product of how my organization set this up, but the software often hangs, with the browser "spinning". It is great the amount of data that can be collected and the ability to drill down. Cons The platform dashboard has a large amount of ability to drill down but it also can be difficult to navigate and requires some extensive training to understand fully. I've had instances where the patient unit is Lab or ED, I am rounding on then in PSCU.
