Flatly made what could have been a complex and frustrating data migration process incredibly smooth. From setup to execution, the platform performed flawlessly, and the support we received was among the best I’ve encountered in any SaaS product. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flatly again for future data export or sync needs.

Pros

The best part of using Flatly was how intuitive the platform was for exporting data from Freshdesk, and the ability to customize exports without needing a developer. But what truly stood out was the customer support - \[sensitive content hidden\] from Flatly was phenomenal. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly for our Freshdesk to Salesforce migration.

Cons

Honestly, not much to dislike. I cannot think of something I liked least as they fixed any issues I had.

Pros

Flatly is super responsive and helpful, especially when assisting us in getting Google Business access set up and syncing correctly. Great customer support!

Pros

very user friendly, easy to connect and setup. I was able to connect our CRM to onedrive very quickly and with little effort

Cons

a bit too "dumbed down" dashboard, not very clear on how to delete a flow so that's not great either

Fantastic. Originally we had an issue with Gusto integration, but the developers/support went above and beyond to get us going. I would highly recommend Flatly over other ETL competitors for basic tasks. They are priced competitively, and actually care about their customers.

Pros

Flatly makes it easy to extract data from SaaS apps they integrate with on a regular schedule. The integrations are plentiful and include SaaS apps that normally don't allow for any export at all, yet alone on a schedule. (our use case was Gusto - no external APIs, no scheduled exports, but with Flatly its all possible).

Cons

No major cons. Would be nice to have "shared sources" where you can delegate authorization of a source to one person and that use that authorization with another account. Currently, as an admin, I have to sign in to the app, then have the authorizer of the source app sign in on my computer.

Was working with a client that needed to export a junction object's records out of their CRM and into a workable format for data migration. They had met with other providers (Import2, CSV Loader) and had bumped into roadblock after roadblock.

Pros

The usability of the platform is excellent, and approachable for even novice users, but my favorite feature is the auto-connections and authentication it does between the systems.

Cons

The pricing seems a bit steep given the limitations with the filtering and conditions.

We are using this to associate credit card transactions to projects and import Amex CC into google sheets, where we can then select a project that those charges get linked to.

Pros

Quick and Easy to implement. I was able to get something working in a few minutes.

Cons

Little unclear how it updates with frequency.

Our company needed to flatten data from Google Cloud Firestore-database and Flatly was really to only option to do this and it works great.
