It does a lot of things and can really become one of the best software applications in this area. It does a whole of heavy-lifting in a very simple way. A great choice!!! Highly recommended !!! Pros There were several things which I really liked about SpySerp. 1) Once the details were fed into the software during setup, it was very convenient to use. 2) I was extremely impressed with the service. In fact, I got technical help even though it was a Sunday. 3) A modest pricing package for 2000-3000 (keyword lookups per month) can be really good for startups and small businesses. Cons A little more effort on making the software easy to use will be really great. It did take a good amount of effort to make sense in the first few days. There are still a few things which I could not understand. More elaborate Help files and YouTube videos (in English) may be one of the things that can really help. A few improvements on Graphics and Presentation can also make this software really good. It may seem a bit non-intuitive for use from the start, but this problem disappears after using SpySERP for 1 day. Accurate rank-tracking, nice reporting, really awesome graphs of your progress in keyword rankings + unique feature of Keyword Clustering based on SERP (I haven't seen any competitor tool with this option). Pros Every time I'm going to create new page for keywords with almost the same meaning, it saves me tons of time. Instead of going through the SERP and manually checking each keyword result for the same website results in the Google top, I just do 2 clicks and receive keywords clustering results that I use to make decisions when creating new pages and also when dealing with keyword cannibalization issue. Cons Actually, I preferred more the old design (thankfully, there is an option to go to old interface). It may be a matter of time and habits to get familiar with the new design, I hope it won't take much time or maybe the team of SpySERP will make improvements in the design.
