It´s fun to work with the AI and get ideas of how do you want your site to look like. Cons AI does not produce reliable results to any given prompt. A little experimenting is needed. Pros To review, free and frank, the AI builder 10Web generates a fully designed website in minutes based on a given description, including copywriting, layout design, and full WooCommerce integration with ease; which usually attracts not only me rather the netizen of all walks of life . This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any software or platform. After spending a week building a website (with virtually no real AI assistance during the setup phase, despite their claims), we ran into a massive issue: the WooCommerce Thank You page and Cart Processing page both forwarded to a 404 error. Why? Because their theme is broken. Yes — \*\*broken\*\*. Worse, after eight full days, they still couldn’t escalate the issue to an engineer or anyone in IT. No solution, no workaround, no accountability. Just excuses. This platform is nowhere near ready for prime time. Rolling this out to users in its current state is reckless and will cost businesses tens of thousands in lost revenue — just like it did mine. They need to shelve this half-baked mess, fix the foundation, and come back when it’s actually functional. Until then, avoid this platform like the plague. Pros Still looking for it. I guess the free trial. But you end up paying for the year anyways. Cons Customer service is abysmal — responses are slow, unhelpful, and clearly lacking in technical knowledge. The eCommerce functionality was completely non-functional from day one, with critical issues left unresolved. The entire platform feels like a beta product disguised as a finished solution — they are clearly not ready for serious business use. You cannot really transfer anything you build here so you are stuck with their broke down hosting and unstable product. Switched back to using elementor with templates after loosing 6 months of work. Pros That it uses Elementor and I'm well used to Elementor Regular Website Backups Cons I ended up with unusable website loosing time and money. The website's it's generating are really a mess and until you fix this mess you still end up with a lot of layout problems and etc.. websites are completely not mobile adapted so you need to go and make everything with your hands. When trying to create a page the previous page was deleted and I needed to reinstall my old backup. A lot of error's between Elementor and 10WEB which makes the editor crash frequently and suffer high load. In the end I had a problem with high server response time, I told to the support but they just tried to up sale me the higher plan. So I gave up on 10web and wanted to migrate my website to a normal hosting, and surprise surprise... I couldn't because a lot of 10web solutions are breaking the website when trying to migrate it to another non 10web hosting. I told to the support team about my problem with 10web but it looks like they are just building features instead of solving the problems with the core functionality of the service, which makes even more high load on the editor.
