Ohne wäre ich nicht handlungsfähig. Es ist ein sympathisches Stück Software bzw. Infrastruktur ohne Allüren und Nervereien. Statt aufgeblasen und mit Schwachstellen ist es einfach da und tut und geht und ...das immer. Und es geht immer jemand ans Telefon - auch zu Zeiten, wo man es nicht fassen kann. Danke! Pros Es ist von Anfang an einfach und klappt bei der Installation, bei Neukunden vor Ort und im Büro oder zuhause, wenn ich mal was lösen muß.Ich werde nicht arm dabei und fasse es im Grunde nicht, wie man für einen so moderaten Preis so ein Produkt und einen nicht nur tadellosen, sondern überaus engagierten Support bekommt, wo man sonst praktisch komplett allein und erschossen wäre. Pros Als PC Nutzer im medizinischen Bereich ist kommt es leider immer wieder vor, dass mit der Technik Probleme auftreten, die ich alleine nicht lösen kann. Unser Software Support schaltet sich dann kurzfristigen mittels PC Visit auf den Rechner und konnte bisher alle Probleme kurzfristig und schnell lösen.
