Keeping it simple and clean (just great features) was the way to go here! Cons Some connector lines can get messy when they disconnect. But it is very easy to get used to it. The tool is extremely fast and easy to get started using. However, the product isn't really built out for more robust flow chart making. There's no collaborative capabilities or chart organizing capabilities. If you don't need to collaborate and just need to draw out some charts, this is a great tool.
