Pros

easy to use and practical to have all reviews in one place.

Cons

AI labeling and sentiment analysis work poorly. Very often, the labeling and sentiment of specific reviews is capture wrong. Sometimes opposite. This begs the question how reliable the high level summaries are.

Good for data that you gather, not user friendly for create reports, download data and it's not good in text interpretation.

Pros

Scrape and analysis of data from different platforms

Cons

Text analysis is not optimized it's fully of errors and wrong annotations/interpretation. There are low possibility to customize charts, you spend a lot of time to reach the information and create your own reports.

Great so far, we've had 6 months of experimenting with the basic functionality and now we've added the Wonder AI tool

Pros

The simplicity to gather relevant and actionable insights from online reviews. I also like the ability to dig deeper and go easily to the direct quotes.

Cons

I wish we could have open access to any SKU on Amazon without importing

Pros

Wonderflow quickly analyses a lot of data and presents it in a very easy to understand way to big audiences, for any kind of product where R&R is important, I think Wonderflow is a big benefit! Wonderflow helps if you are just looking for high level analysis (pros and cons, sentiment, trends) but also if you want to dive a bit deeper into the details. Also nice is that Wonderflow is covering multiple languages and countries. It helped me mainly in analyzing a lot of ratings / reviews on different products and to put it in an easy to understand presentation for colleagues/stakeholders who are not that much into the topic.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything that is negative about the tool so far. Especially if I have any feedback, the Wonderflow is quickly picking it up, getting back to me and sometimes even implementing improvements on a very short notice.

Pros

The accuracy of Wonderflow's analysis is outstanding, and thanks to it we've improved our marketing campaigns ROI by almost 10%. We've seen the best results on open feedback, but I was glad it could integrate and analyze closed feedback too so that we could have a single platform to look at for data. Using Wonderflow helped us better understand how customers perceive us as a company, and how we want to position ourselves based on it
