We’ve tried a few CRMs before, but Paramantra actually feels built for our organization. It’s helped us centralize our sales process and reduce follow-up delays.

Pros

Industry-specific features, easy to customize and use. The ability to track every conversation. Their customer support is also quick and knowledgeable.

Cons

Reporting could be more visual — better graphs and quick export options would help. Better use of AI would be great!
