### "need more training "

I really want to use it but I have not have the chance to use all the capabilities but I get confuse

Pros

My colleagues have giving me great review for this programs but I find hard to set up. Setting the program for me has been complicated.

Cons

No very user friendly for new person trying to use the program. I think there should be intake person at the beginning.

### "Big Fan of the Platform"

Overall it's been a great experience. I get great feedback from my clients and I've been able to build out our workflow system to fit our needs and automate so many of our processes.

Pros

How it keeps everything in one place for our clients. I appreciate how you can customize and automate workflow systems as well.

Cons

I wish it had more options when it comes to proposals and package offerings. I find that platforms like anchor or ignition have more options to customize

### "Great for small business!"

I've been with TaxDome for a few years now and enjoy it more every year. As a small business owner, the price is great and the platform gives me what I need.

Pros

Inexpensive and great platform especially for small businesses. My clients appreciate the security and 24/7 access to their files.

Cons

I need to spend more time learning about it as I know that I am under utilizing.

### "Overall great platform"

fairly smooth transition from our old platforms. I have used karbon and Adom and have found this platform the best overall.

Pros

I like the program has the capacity to allow our tax firm to create pipelines/jobs that work with our office flow, and we are not stuck with a generic platform. I like the streamline of sending and receiving messages/data to clients through the platform. Clients like the easy access and functionality of the app.

Cons

I find it hard to keep up with all the information streaming into the platform and making sure no messages are missed, or client uploads are missed. I wish it had a centralized place that shows new messages from all clients that you can click on instead of having to clicking into the clients/accounts tab for each one.

### "Exceptional Experience with Tax Dome!"

This is my third year with Tax Dome and I am enjoying the ride.

Pros

The automation has been a life-saver for me. Being able to interact with the client has been a seamless process. Being able to lock the tax returns until the invoice has been paid. Sending messages or proposals with automated reminders Being able to communicate internally with my team members There was a recently added feature to analyze the revenue received by various sources or job listings

Cons

Tax Dome seems to always have changes in the setting or layout during tax season, which is not ideal.

We were using another company for our secure portal and our clients kept having problems getting on or using it, Taxdome is so user friendly even for our 80 year old clients, we love it.

So everything has been positive. Glad for the hands on training events and one on one training whenever I request it.

Pros

Love that everything is in once place and the workflow templates are amazing for someone starting their own firm. Customers have had no problems creating accounts, uploading documents or asking questions.

Cons

Man issue is wished invoicing flowed to FreshBooks and not just QBs. But glad they do support Stripe so that helps.

### "I couldn't function without it!"

I couldn't operate my business without it. If i could acutally do tax returns in TaxDome I wouldn't need any other programs.

Pros

TaxDome keeps me organized and on task. I love setting up th pipelines and having TaxDome keep me organized. I also find the approval and signature functions very easy to use and well priced. My clients find that uploading documents, signing documents, completing the organizer are all very easy for them. I have not once had a complaint about the system from a client.

Cons

It is a little overwhelming to start. I will admit that when I first started using it I didn't know where to start. The templates that Tax Dome has a very helpful. I continue to improve the my pipleline and processes every year.

I love tax dome, I never see myself leaving. I also appreciate they are always working on making things better and listen to feedback.

Pros

My clients love it, they say it is super easy to use. I love it because it helps me stay organized and do bulk tasks that used to take me hours to complete. The customer service is also really helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve but that is applicable with anything.

I began using TaxDome earlier this year, so I am relatively new. I attended the Bootcamp session and several of the month seminars, which have helped me greatly.

Pros

After watching the TaxDome Academy videos, I was able to make a successful pipeline with minimum review of the help section. This empowered me to continue and develop more tools for my company to use with client deliverables.

Cons

Initially, it is rather overwhelming. There are so many things to learn and remember.

Great automation for client workflow and messaging.

Cons

No appointment booking feature. Also, when clients upload documents through organizer there is no way to select specific folders for each section they are on. Only one folder for all uploads.

### "TaxDome portal system review"

Overall, I have been really impressed with TD as a client portal and like it as well as a document storage system.

Pros

TaxDome is a great client portal. They have a client mobile app that is very user friendly and they are always upgrading my side of the experience.

Cons

Sometimes clients will upload picture files instead of pdfs and they are very hard to work with in TD.

### "I use TaxDome and I like It"

I like it. It has helped me streamline some tasks and document management processes.

Pros

They are very responsive to user feedback.

Cons

They do not care about Mac users. They literally don't even support us anymore. If you ask for support, they flat out say so.

We have tried various work productivity tools over the past decade. Since moving to TaxDome two years ago, we have not even considered another option. I appreciate their commitment to continuous improvement of features that has me thoroughly pleased.

Pros

I am able to collaborate effectively with my team on work as well as with my clients.

Cons

The name implies that it is meant for tax professionals, which may be misleading. However, having a practice focused on client accounting services, I can say that it fits our needs perfectly.

### "New User Perspective"

It has been good, learning the pipelines and how to best use them has been challenging, but it has been great helping us organize our workflows.

Pros

I like that customer support is responsive. I don't like that often the answer is, this is a known issue and we don't have a plan to work on it yet.

Cons

No integration with tax preparation programs, it would be great to have organizers that pull from our tax preparation software and the ability to import workpapers or have OCR on the forms uploaded by clients to better organize workpapers.
