My overall experience with TaxDome is excellent.

Pros

It assists me in tracking workflows, communicating with clients and staff, and obtaining signatures, payments, and engagement letters. It is a necessary tool for my CPA Practice. It works well and has robust features and options. Each year, I can tweak my pipelines and improve my efficiency.

Cons

Overall, no significant complaints. I lack appreciation for two price increases in two years.

### "6 Months Using TaxDome"

Pros

TaxDome has greatly helped our firm organize our internal work flow and has improved our accounts receivable process.

Cons

The TaxDome calendar needs improvements. As is, it's not an ideal set up to plan recurring projects and see a 6 month look ahead etc. Also, partial payments are not set up ideally as is right now. It's impossible to correctly track partial payments.

Its been great. There was no technical issues and the process was very easy.

Pros

It's very easy to navigate and use and helps me organized.

Cons

We're in Guam so when we want to collect invoice, the credit card options such as stripe and the other does not take Guam

TaxDome’s easy-to-use and all-in-one practice management platform boosts teamwork and gives managers a clear view of everything happening.

Pros

Pipelines really help us automate a bunch of admin tasks, which saves us time. Clients appreciate how easy it is to use, and the tagging system keeps everything neat and tidy. There are tons of awesome features all in one spot. It's super simple to get started, and the more we use it, the more cool features we find that make our tasks even smoother.

Cons

I’m really looking forward to some feature upgrades, like the ability to save multiple files to the same folder for different clients instead of picking a separate destination folder each time.

I like how easy it is to use. I love how easy it is for my clients to use.

We are not able to attach gifs. There is no auto responder. The pipelines are sooo helpful!

My whole experience with TaxDome was really positive. If I hadn't merged with a larger business, I would have continued to use it and would strongly suggest it to anybody seeking for firm management software. Customer service is prompt to answer, and they are always improving.

Pros

Once you've configured the application to your liking, it's simple to use. There are several characteristics that make it expandable for nearly any size practice. Time tracking, invoicing, cloud storage, and other features are all available in one spot. It really makes running a practice simpler.

Cons

I don't see anything that I don't like; I'd simply want to see a few things added, such as the ability to upload documents into a client portal from my phone and greater automation in pipelines.

### "Hard to Learn but Worth the Price"

It took a long time to fully learn how to use the system, but TaxDome was there to help us whenever we needed it.

I purchased a client list from someone using TaxDome, and transitioned into using it. I barely used it the first season because I didn't understand it -- and now I love it and feel it contributes to my efficiency and document security in a way that would be impossible without it.

Pros

The ability to keep several methods of communication in one arena -- chats, emails from multiple addresses, etc -- all the while allowing the safe upload and download of documents. The work flows are a great organizational tool.

Cons

The user/fee structure. As a small practitioner, the kind that gets great use from TaxDome, we have users that are not primary, can be occasional - part time bookkeepers, seasonal interns, spousal record upkeep, etc. To charge the same for any new users is not cool -- and it leads to sharing of logins, which is not a safe practice.

### "Training events are a waste of time"

Training events are terrible. Very poorly managed, runs over allotted times, and barely covers the subject matter Due to the waste of time from the solicitation of reviews and two terrible training experiences, even though it is a good product, I am giving it a rating of 2 stars, and that is generous.

Very good. We have been very happy with Taxdome and our clients have found it easy to learn and use.

Pros

This is the second tax season that we are using TaxDome and have found that it is easy to use for professionals as well as for our clients. We have used 1:1 help calls which have always given us helpful advice and solved our issues. The support team is open to suggestions and changes and updates have been made based on our feedback.

cant take partial payments. changes are slow to be made

TaxDome has been great. I highly recommend TaxDome.

Pros

Working within the pipeline has been great. Site is very user friendly and I enjoy all the options to customize.

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like at the moment. It's probably an issue with Stripe, but I'd like to receive a notification in TaxDome when a client has initiated payment. I don't receive a notification in TaxDome until almost week later when Stripe has sent payment.

It has been a learning curve, but overall good.

Pros

Automation, and being a one stop shop- with proposals, invoicing, and workflow.

Cons

Proposals can only be sent to and viewed by people if they have an account. It should have an option for prospects who may not want to start an account yet. Also using one email for multiple partners who share an email (withing adding the plus 1 option)

I've been with TaxDome for several years, and I really enjoy all the features and functionality.

Pros

It's a great full CRM. I love the file management and that there is an App for clients. I also like the automatic invoicing and payments. The workflow is also very helpful for managing projects during busy times.

Cons

I wish they could build in a billing percentage increase each year into the automatic billing system.
